If you decide to add one of Benefit’s new World Famous Neutrals kits to your holiday wish list, there’s a good chance (at least 93.5%) that your sis, mom, BFF or Secret Santa will find it hard to resist keeping it for herself.
(Because that’s totally what I’d be tempted to do.)
These three new $30 Sephora exclusive kits are some of the most exciting neutrals I’ve seen since Naked2, and I’m going bananas (B-A-N-A-N-A-S) over the colors, almost all of which are new.
Just when I thought the whole neutral palette craze was completely played out, along comes Benefit to put their signature spin on it.
First, they created “Eyenessa,” the magical, mystical makeup maven/character who graces the covers of all three World Famous Neutral kits, and judging by her giant hoop earrings and affinity for gold jewelry, she’s a girl after my own accessories-lovin’ heart. 🙂
Second, there’s the Creaseless Creams! — which are my favorite things about these. Each kit comes with two of them in tiny pots, along with four Longwear Powder Shadows.
Now, it seems like every brand has a nude/neutral palette of powder eyeshadows, but not many of them come with cream shadows. By including two Creaseless Creams with each of these, Benefit takes these kits to the next level. I think the Creams give Bene-babes much more power to layer and create their own custom combos.
What do ya say we take a closer look now at each of the kits? 🙂
KIT #1: Most Glamorous Nudes Ever
Abracadabra! This spellbinding kit’s combination of rich, warm neutrals is prompting me to put my obsession with Skinny Jeans on pause (BTW, have you tried Skinny Jeans yet?? It’s one of my favorite cream eyeshadow colors of all time!). The kit features two enchanting Creaseless Creams of its own, the shimmery champagne Birthday Suit and My Two Cents, a shimmery warm golden copper.
The kit also comes with Longwear Powder Shadows in Call My Buff (a pearly, peachy beige), Kiss Me I’m Tipsy (a warm reddish brown with a hint of plum), It’s Complicated (a shimmery pinkish gold) and Gilt-y Pleasure (a shimmery peachy gold) to add even more glow to your eye looks.
KIT #2: Sexiest Nudes Ever
If sultry eyes are more your style, you might get lucky with the mostly cool-toned shades in Sexiest Nudes Ever.
Benefit loaded it with Longwearing Powder Shadows in Milk It (a pearly off-white), Raincheck (a demi-matte mauve), Pause for Applause (a matte purplish pink) and Blingo (a metallic silver), but it’s the two Creaseless Creams in Bikini-Tini (a shimmery golden peach) and Holy Smokes (a shimmery bluish gray) that are driving me wild. I can’t wait to use them for smokey eyes.
KIT #3: Easiest Nudes Ever
This kit’s Creaseless Cream Shadows in shimmery pink R.S.V.P. and shimmery purplish taupe No Pressure could soothe any cravings you have for soft neutrals. Neither the Creams nor the Longwear Powder Shadows in Call My Buff (a pearly, peachy beige), Thanks a Latte (a shimmery, bronzy taupe), Pinky Swear (a shimmery matte pink) and Quick, Look Busy (a matte purplish brown) seem very cool or warm, so these should be colors most guys/gals can wear.
Swatches on my NC42 skin
All three World Famous Neutrals kits roll up on Sephora stores and sephora.com some time between the middle and end of December. I bet they’ll make great gifts, but you may want to save one (or two or three) for yourself…
I would not be surprised if these zip and dart off shelves, pew, pew! 🙂
PRICE: $30 each
AVAILABILITY: Coming soon exclusively to Sephora stores and sephora.com

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
P.S. Boy, it is storming here tonight! The rain is coming in sideways, and Tabs is freaking out! I think we might even lose power…
Guess I better watch TV while I can, LOL!
Hope you’ve had a good week so far. Just a couple more hours till Friday.
Oh my gosh, they’re so pretty! When, when, when are they coming to Sephora? 🙂
I think this is a great value for $30!! Sexiest Nudes Ever is my favorite but I really am liking Easiest Nudes ever too! They’re both definitely going on my to-buy list! 😀

Ok… I was totally MEH about this when I first saw photos circulating the Twitterverse; but you’ve totally tipped me over from “MEH” to “OMG, CAN I HAVE?” (complete with grabby hands)!
I quite like Sexiest Nudes Ever and Most Glamorous Nudes Ever, though I find that there are particular shades in each palette that I REALLY knock my socks off. And can they put all those Creaseless Cream in ONE palette? Coz that would make my Christmas! <3
Awe these are amazing up coming… waitig … <3
Oooo~ they look awesome! Loving the Glamorous set in particular!
Wow, I love all three of these kits. Don’t know how I would pic a favorite!
Raining really hard here tonight and Missy is definitely freaked out by the sound.
These kits are amazing, I love all of them!
My week has been not the greatest one, I am really sick with bronchitis and I am on two antibiotics 🙁
These look really nice, Benefit always do great sets and I LOVE their eye shadows. Btw, my personal favourite eye palettes are from Too Faced, I want them all!

All 3 kits look so awesome! I think my favourite is the Sexiest Nudes Ever one. I love the illustration on the Easiest Nudes Ever thr most though.
Such a cute gift idea. I love these types of packages.
I love this packaging so much, but I already have all these colors :(. I am so so sad… Is it logical to buy something for the packaging… I guess I never have tried any creaseless creams… that in itself… hmm… reasoning skills… excuses… I WANT.
I have to admit I’m seldom blown away by Benefit, but these kits are AWESOME! I love their cream shadows, so I’m really happy to see that each set comes with TWO! The shades look nice and pigmented as well. Great job, Benefit!
The packaging looks bulky, but it looks great as decor. I wonder if you can take out the eyeshadows and use the box for storage?

Wow, these kits look amazing! I like the Glamorous one the best, probably because I’m drawn to warm tones to compliment the olive tones in my skin and my hazel-green eyes. I will have to pick one up when I hit Sephora for my holiday shopping spree (for stuff for me and for mom 🙂 ).
At first I wasn’t sure about the colors, but after seeing the pics of the swatches on your skin- they are beautiful! I want them all! Of course- Benefit does such a great job with their colors- I should know better than to doubt them!
I think the Easiest Nudes are the most beautiful! Thanks for the pictures and swatches!

Ohhh pretty! I havent used Benefit in a while. My creaseless creams need companions!
Oh man! I have a $15 off $50 or more coupon for Sephora that is burning a hole in my pocket, I might have to check out the Most Glamorous Nudes…
Kiss me, I’m Tipsy has to be one of the best names ever. Love it!
I’m a sucker for packaging and these mystical beauties must be mine. Love the Sexy Nudes kit the most. It’s storming down here too, cold and windy. I think it’s a pajama day!
Glamorous Eyes is my favorite palette of the three. Dammit I don’t need more neutral eye right now! Great, my fingers are getting all wiggly and my credit card is trying to magically swipe itself at Sephora. Oh dear my vanity has no more room for pretty eyeshadow palettes. Wait, my bookcase does!
I love all 3 but the Most Glamorous the best. I hope it’s not similar to She’s so Jetset though cuz I have that too!

ONCE AGAIN, you give us the most enthusiastic, thorough column that I never fail to read and learn and enjoy!
thank you so much for all you give us!
Love all the kits! But I thought they were going to be available on January 2013 instead mid December
UGH I CAN’T WAIT FOR THESE!!! If the time comes and I actually do purchase one, I don’t know if I should go for Most Glamorous Nudes or Easiest Nudes!! Most Glamorous’ shades seem very similar to Naked 2 palette colors, but it’s so gorgeous!!! I think I have an addiction to neutrals!!
those are amazing! i really want to buy one but i dont know which palette to get! i not really a medium skin tone think light but tan… i have a yellow undertone so gold looks better on me than silver. hmmmmm i have brown hair (that has natural highlights) and brown eyes. (im greek so i do look mediterraneanish) so ahhh which one do think i should buy?
I’m drooling for the Easiest Neutrals kit… O_O Why do I have no money?!! :/
