The Urban Decay Little Sins Eyeshadow Primer Potion Set: I Gladly Confess to These Four Sins

September 21st, 2010 by Karen 49 Comments

urban decay little sins eyeshadow primer potion set in hand

Er, I’m not talking sins of the “seven deadly” variety, one of which, lust, I have for Ryan Reynolds.

These kinder, gentler sins live in the Urban Decay Little Sins Eyeshadow Primer Potion Set ($29), a brand spankin’ new Sephora exclusive with four travel-sized bottles of Urban Decay’s famous Primer Potion in four different shades.

Stop unsightly shadow creasing and fading with the three classic shades in Original, Sin and Eden, or get a little selfish with the newest shade, shimmery golden Greed.

Greed on mah lids!

Greed, a cool-toned lemony gold on my NC35 skin, brightens lids with a noticeable glow, and I can really see it being a hit with girls who like the way they look in coolish yellowish golds.

If you like these Little Sins, the limited edition kit’s available now at Sephora and online at sephora.com.

A Glee-ful return!

WHOA! Did you watch Glee tonight? Good, right? Tabs and I were pleasantly surprised. 🙂 I think the new season just got off to a good start!

In other news, how was your Tuesday? I’m about to paint my nails and hit the haaay! What are up to right now?

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

ooh Greed is a gorgeous color. Still, if I’m buying UDPP, it will be their extra-large repackaged version. I know I could depot it, but I’d rather just buy a squeeze tube 🙂 This looks like a great way to sample the different shades though.

I knew this would happen. The second I drop a lot of money on the MAC VV collection, something would come out that I would want lol. This is the 3rd thing that I’ve seen that I feel that I need.

      Hi Jen,

This just landed on my desk yesterday, so I only had time to do a quick wash of color of the product over my lids. Let me try some blending today and I’ll let you know how it goes!

Can I just say that I’m so excited for you?! You’re going to look FAB in your new brights. 🙂

If you find yourself needing to ease your way in you could always do something colorful but too cray-cray, like Ransom (dark purple) or Mildew (shimmery dark green) first!

You’re welcome! If you can maybe swatch it first just to make sure that you like it. It can look a little harsh unblended, but I’ve noticed if just use a wee tiny bit then it doesn’t look chalky at all. 🙂

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a.
