If Your Time Is Worth More Than $1, Don’t Miss These E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face Nail Polish Remover Pads

Nail lacquers better look out! There’s a new sheriff in town, and he brought a case of these of amazing E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face Nail Polish Remover Pads.

A dollar doesn’t stretch as far as it used to, but someone forgot to tell that to E.L.F. With the exception of that travel pouch of emergency Nutella in my purse (no judgement), these are the best $1 products I’ve seen in a while.

A beauty obsessed pal of mine recently raved about pre-soaked nail polish remover pads, saying that they saved her a ton of time and kept her nails and cuticles in good condition, and WOW! — she was not kidding.

For removing non-glittery nail polishes, these are the shiz! One pad takes care of the whole kit and caboodle for me — base coat, top coat and multiple layers — for all 10 fingers.

Glitters, on the other hand (no pun intended) are a different story. I tried to see how these would handle my recent glitter ombre mani, and although the pads put up a good fight and cut through most of the sparkly stuff, I still had to use four of them to finish the job (there are 18 of them in a pack).

Still, for just a buck? That’s such a sweet deal. Love how fast they work and how they don’t dry my nails and skin.

Oh, and have I mentioned that they’re only a buck? 🙂

PRICE: $1 for 18 pads
AVAILABILITY: Available at drugstores, Target and also online
MAKEUP AND BEAUTY BLOG RATING: A+

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

P.S.
TGIF!

Haha, I like how your nail polishes are looking at the remover, gasping! And then when you’re using one of the pads, the China Glaze fainted!

Although I love nail polish, sooner or later, they all meet the same fate and then it’s onto the next. 😛

Aren’t they great? Glitter can be difficult but otherwise they rock. Also they don’t leave your fingers feeling dry like some nail polish removers do. Glad that you liked them.

I love these, too! They make up for ELF’s eye remover pads, which don’t work for me at all :/

Let’s not lie, I would totally put an emergency supply of Nutella in my purse too! No judgement here!

    Happy weekend!

I have not been wearing nail polish lately because of dry nails….

If this doesn’t dry out nails, then I should check it out, so that I can wear nail polish more often!

Wow, only a dollar! These would be great for travel or trips so you don’t have to bring a bottle (and worry about it leaking/spilling).

THE.BEST. nail polish remover i’ve ever used is wilaverde. i can only find it in this one local chain of drugstores but MAN. it’s all natural and oil based (soybean i think?) so it actually moisturizes nails and cuticles while cutting through polish like a hot knife through butter.

i have no idea how it works, but it’s incredible.

Thanks for posting these! I’m definitely going to pick some up! I go through so many cotton balls and polish remover… then the cotton balls start pulling apart and just getting messy. I’m super excited e.l.f. has something so affordable!! 🙂

L.A. Colors has some very similar. They are about $1.20 but they are Melon scented (super yummy) and acetone free. I think they use the same type of formula as the E.L.F ones because it also moisturized my nails and cuticles.

I’m definitely gonna have to check these out. I love glitter but they give me a heck of a time during removal. I’m so glad you shared this!

I love polish remover pads because they’re perfect to travel with (given liquids restrictions), but haven’t found ones that work well. Thanks for reviewing these; I’ll pick some up!

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
