The Urban Decay Rollergirl Nail Kit Makes the Claws Come Out

April 1st, 2011 by Karen 69 Comments

urban decay rollergirl nail kit

Sometimes I wonder if Tabs has lost his ability to connect with felines and humans outside of the digital world.

Urban Decay Rollergirl Nail Kit

Since getting his iPhone, he communicates more and more of his requests demands via text, like this one from yesterday:

Woman, you need to swatch the Urban Decay Rollergirl Nail Kit ASAP or suffer the consequences. Don’t make me take my claws out!

(*sigh*) I live under a high-tech tabby dictatorship…

I haven’t worn them long enough to gauge wear time yet, but so far I like the colors and formula. They apply smoothly with nary a streak, and two coats deliver full, opaque coverage.

Roller girls, roller boys and makeup-loving tabby cats, this $28 limited edition summer kit of six minis skates onto counters soon. See anything you like?

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

P.S.
TGIF!

i have been looking for a few neutral polishes like Fame, Superfreak and Love Train, but the bright colors in this collection are actually what is making it to me!
Xanadu is such a fun sparkly color and boy when I get this set I will be tearing up the packaging just to get to it!
However one color, Miss T, Falls flat for me. 🙁 Personally I think I’m just not attracted to that color.
Nevertheless, Woodstock is EXACTLY my kinda polish! 🙂 I think it’s just the fact that it is neon and pink!

Oh poor Karen, I bet your eyes are bleeding from all this Comic Sans! And to be honest I’m a LITTLE mad at you! The ugliness that is comic sans never even registered on my radar of things to pay attention to in life (aka TTPATIN). But nooooow, I’m noticing it everywhere! And it’s horrible! Not even the pretty nail polishes can take away the pain.

I know! It’s a bit weird. I think it’s because anything dark or glittery is too high maintenance. I’m lazy with my polish so I prefer something that camouflages the chips (when I even wear polish, which is rarely). I’m pretty much just a fan of sparkly skin, I guess. 🙂

Sadly, we didn’t get enough snow in my area to cancel anything. I still had to go to work at the university, but there was the added bonus of slogging through puddles and trying to avoid the icy patches when walking there.

Tigger went yet another day seizure-free :D. He’s still very hungry, so he’ll appreciate the gravy. I think he had something like half a cup of yogurt today, ha! Yes, Tigger is weird and considers yogurt one of his favorite foods. He also LOVES field greens with oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled over it. Gizmo has really enjoyed exploring all the new rooms she has access to, and spent most of the day racing back and forth across the house. She also has been sitting with Tigger every once in a while. I’m really glad they’re starting to get along! 🙂
