What Was the Last Thing You Got at Sephora?

January 23rd, 2020 by Karen 18 Comments

The littlest beauty lover!

Yes, girlfriend, I was just there! I picked up a bottle of Kate Somerville Anti-Bac Clearing Lotion, one of my favorite products of all time, and the best acne cream I’ve ever found, hands down.

How about you? What was the last thing you got at Sephora?

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

    After having circled it for at least over a year, the Too Faced just peachy matte palette, and I’m super happy with it ☺️

    The Drunk Elephant new hydrating facial mask cream and a Benefit gimme brow gel. Happy with both!

    Laura Mercier peach blush. A classic, great pigment, so pretty!

    Connor’s pic reminds me of taking my son to Sephora when he was five. He sat in the makeover chair and smeared lipstick all over his face. I thought they’d boot us out, but they just laughed!!

    Your hair updo and smoky eyes in the last two posts are soooo elegant and pretty!!

    A refill of my favorite Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder, in the shade Diffused. I use this over a Glamglow primer, instead of foundation. It takes down the pink in my skin and keeps on looking fresh and glowy until I wash it away!

    I just got the Violet Voss Sweet Violet Fun Sized Palette. It has absolutely gorgeous purples, and a couple pretty peaches. I can’t wait to try it out.

    I got the Tatcha silk peony eye cream and Kissu lip mask. I haven’t tried the eye cream yet, but the lip mask is awesome! Very happy. And I used some points to get the sample of Sunday Riley’s Tidal.

    I bought gift cards as Valentine gifts for my sons’ special ladies. Beautiful ladies should have beautiful things, right? 🙂

    It’s been a while. Mine was the Natasha Denona Metropolis palette, Patrick Ta lip shine in She’s Expensive, and a Jessica Rabbit mirror from Ciate London.

    I’ve got to use the first before spring as they seem to be more fall/wintery colours.

    The last thing I got at Sephora was Fenty Beauty Snap Shadows in 1 True Neutrals and 2 Cool Neutrals. Considering I haven’t touched them yet, they might go back.

    I just started using Drunk Elephant products and picked up the Protini Moisturizer and Beste Jelly Cleanser today. So far, all is going beautifully and would highly recommend these products!!

    Several foundation samples; I’m on a mission to find a new one. I’m leaning heavily towards the Fenty Pro Filt’r Hydrating foundation, but I’ve got one more sample to go.

    The last thing I bought at Sephora was the Caudalie facial mist and Sephora solid brush cleaner soap.

    It was back in November, I had to look! I got Verb Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner (too heavy for me) and trial size Kerastase shampoo and conditioner that were amazing and I want to repurchase

    * Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Palette

    * Nest perfume in Black Tulip

    * Skylar Perfume sampler

    * KVD Vegan Beauty Sinner perfume

    * Milk Hydro-Snap Primer

    * It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream

    Late to the party, but I’ve been wanting to try this product, you have spoken about it often! 🙂 It’s not on the Sephora website though and not in stores near me…any ideas?

    Thanks!

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
