So…what is the Monday Poll?
Excellent question! It isn’t, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like with little clicky buttons. It’s just a list of five more or less random questions I’ve been posting on this blog every Monday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007). I love reading your answers, and it helps me get my week off to a good start.
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
“Tabs” is short of “Fussy Tabby,” which was the first name we gave him he earned, but it didn’t quite stick. For a while, he was also “FT” (further shortened from “Fussy Tabby”), and that morphed into “Tabs.”
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
I’ve worn a few… Don’t laugh! Some of them are pretty good. I actually really loved Britney Spears’ Midnight Fantasy, the bedazzled Britney Spears one. I wore that religiously for a couple months.
3. Your favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Favorites: fresh mozzarella, brie and any cheddar with bite. Oh, and cream cheese. (Does that even count as a cheese?)
Least favorites: Swiss…although I do like the holes, go figure. Just not the taste itself. And any wimpy, mild cheddar.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
Girlfriend, I could sell cats to a crazy dog lady.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I’m partial to the one by NARS at the moment. Not too harsh, stays on forever, has a skinny twist-up tip so the strokes look like real eyebrow hairs. ??
Food amnesia is a thing
Good morning, friends! I hope you had a hoppy Easter. Happy Monday, too! I spent yesterday cooking, eating, hanging out, and not thinking about counting carbs, ha ha ha! It was great.
I didn’t really have a lot of time to prep for the Easter meal, so I ended up making most of the same dishes I made last Easter, even tough nobody in my family seemed to remember that any of the dishes were repeats, which is fine with me because if this food amnesia happens every year and I can make the same dishes over and over again, it’ll be like a new experience every time. ?
I made a roast chicken and rosemary potatoes dish from Laura in the Kitchen, which was really easy and delicious. Try it sometime! It’s not even really a special occasion dish. It’s like a weekday dinner dish, but it’s good enough for company. I also made corn pudding from one of my favorite sites — Recipe Tin Eats.
What else? Oh! — corned beef and cabbage, because my dad was craving it. I made it with my Instant Pot, which, by the way, I fell in love with once again. I hadn’t used it in a long time and forgot just how wonderfully tender it cooks meat.
Dessert. Ha ha. That’s usually my favorite part, right? But this year I decided that I had a lot going on, so I had to pull back a little. As much as I was tempted to make a carrot cake, I bought a pre-made dessert and doctored it up instead. So, I got a cheesecake from Trader Joe’s and made a homemade strawberry glaze to go on top.
The glaze was a winner. I’m definitely gonna do that again. But the cheesecake? Don’t ever trust TJ’s to make your cheesecake for a special occasion, nuh-uh. The cheesecake was dense, flavorless and MAN! — the part of me that loves pretty food pictures was kind of aggravated that one half of the cheesecake crust was lopsided, and the filling was collapsed around the edges… It was straight-up ugly, so yeah, if you want something pretty to pop in your feed, don’t trust a TJ’s cheesecake to take care of that.
Thank you for putting up with my food talk! ? I know it isn’t makeup or skin care, but it’s sort of related in that it’s also creative and usually visual at the same time. You’re just not putting it all over your face (most of the time). You’re putting in your tum-tum.
It’s a new week, and the sun is out. That always helps, doesn’t it? I hope you’re feeling refreshed and hopeful.
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
I only have 1 cat, Buffy. He was used when I got him so that’s the name he came with!
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Yes. I have perfumes from Rihanna, Jennifer Aniston, Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, and my latest one is from Ariana Grande. And a couple from the Olsen Twins, not sure if that counts!
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
I like most cheeses. I really love pepper jack, cheddar, and goat cheese. And the mild Mexican ones that melt really easy. Least favorite: blue cheese and swiss.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
I wouldn’t normally think that of myself, but when I worked in retail and was able to see other co-wokers interact with customers, yeah I feel like I’m pretty good compared to them!
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I don’t use pencils on my brows! I do powder with a brush. I feel like pencils take too long, but they would probably look more natural so I should try it one of these days.
I had a great Easter! A lot of family came from out of town and we brought my Grandma from her assisted living facility. I made chocolate covered strawberries, a lemon pie, a chocolate pie, and a wild rice salad! I have lots of salad left but the sweets were a hit.
Karen says
Ooh, girlfriend! Tell me about these pies. Do you do a pre-made or homemade crust?
Rachel says
Both of them used graham cracker crusts which I bought at the store. The chocolate one was like a chocolate cheesecake and it was no-bake. The lemon one was basically like lemon bars in a pie shape. They were both really easy and I would make them again!
Patoots says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
We have 2 rescues- “Hugs”- she came with that name. (Her brother was Tugs). My husband wanted to change her name- my boys said “No, that’s her name”. Our other one is “Lambeau “- I am a Packers fan.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Never- no reason, just never have.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
I’m from Wisconsin, so I love cheese. -Cheddar, mozzarella and Gouda. Least- goat, Brie, blue.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
No. I don’t like pressuring people.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I have no idea, but am looking forward to others’ comments.
Sylvia says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? Sali a senior pibble/pitbull/boxer/squish face is because I like the name, and there seem to be many strong female Sally/Salis in the world. Although her full nick name is Chunky Monkey Chocolate Chip Coffee Bean. Dove the fluffy grey tabby because I love the word dove, and she is dove grey. Ollie because I like the name Oliver, and he happened to be a orphan. Maggie our latest is for Magnolia although I call her Bitty because she is the littlest bit of the bunch. They all have lots of nicknames.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones? Sofia by Sofie Vergara, it’s lovely.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese? I like all types of cheese, but certain individual cheeses won’t float my boat. I like blue, but not all blue for example. An over ripe stinky cheese can be too much sometimes.
4. Are you a good salesperson? Errr…not really. I think in some instances I could be, but in general no.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil? Not sure about the best, a skinny brow pencil seems to be the same to me across brands as long as the color an tone are a fit. Right now I’m enjoying the Colourpop brow pencil because it is inexpensive and a good color match.
Amy says
Your brother is hot!

Melissa says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? All cats Elphie – from Wicked; just liked the name. Alani – according to my google search, this means ‘orange’ in Hawaiian & we had just been on Kauai. Kali – again, google told me this means ‘hesitate’ in Hawaiian and we debated taking her (she’s Alani’s littermate). Then we discovered it’s also the Hindu goddess of destruction and it’s perfect. Nori – just liked it. Dusty – liked it & she’s all black and always seems to have dust/schmutz on her

Your brother is so good looking! So are you, of course! Must be a beautiful family!

LOL, Barbara… I feel like as his sister it’s my duty to say, “Ewww!” 🙂
Hope you had a nice weekend!
Maria says
1. 1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
My bengal’s name is Thor. He purrs like a distant thunder.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Yes, I was in love with EDP (first edition) by Celine Dion. It has been one of my favorite March-April scents for years.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
To be honest, I’m not a true cheese lover. I prefer either soft herbal or pepper types like Boursin or Tartare or “stone-like” Grana Padano. And I have removed myself from the list of dating-match persons for gourmands when I found that I don’t like all most famous and delicious types of French cheese:))
4.Are you a good salesperson?
Might be. Once, when I was a student making my money as a promotion girl in a Seagram campaign in a duty free shop, I could sale a bottle of Martell to a person, who was going to board to Paris within a couple of hours.
5.Who makes the best brow pencil? I would like to know the answer. I use currently the one from KIKO and I feel there should be some better stuff.
Your Easter menu is gorgeous! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe of chicken-potato dish, I’m certainly going to try this next weekend.
Karen says
Hi Maria,
I love bengals! They’re so beautiful and sleek. Is your Thor a jumper or a climber?
Michele DiCola says
Georgie was a cocker spaniel golden retriever puppy ?. My Sister brought her home from Georgia but no one liked dogs in her house so we rescued her . She lived to be 20 . Miss her everyday .
Never used a celebrity scent .
Favorite cheese is Asiago and cheddar .
I have never been a salesperson but I could try it .
My brows are microbladed but before that I used an Avon brow pencil in blonde . I’m a brunette but the blonde is darker .
Karen says
Aww, your fur kids had sweet names!
Ruchita says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
They are all named after jazz musicicans. 🙂
Charles Mingus

Louis Armstrong
Billy Strayhorn
And of course, they have numerous nicknames!
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
No, I don’t think I have.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Most favorite are mild cheeses – mozzarella, colby jack, parmesan
Least favorite – blue cheese, gorgonzola
4. Are you a good salesperson?
Oh gosh no. I am not cut out for sales.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
Right now I’m loving L’Oreal Brow Stylist Definer.
I loved hearing about all your Easter food. Everything looks so delicious! Thanks for including links to the recipes. I’m going to have try some of them. Sorry about the cheesecake, though. That’s a bummer. I saw a recipe for a no-bake cheesecake recently on Sally’s Baking Addiction that I’ve been meaning to try.
Happy Monday!
Karen says
Please let me know if you try them (and send me pictures!).
How’s the fourth cat doing, by the way?
Tatiana says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? No fur babies currently in household. Would like to pay homage to Nora, who was my familiar. Dear Daughter picked her out at the SF-SPCA and for some reason she just decided I was her one and only staff member. Dear Daughter still has the barn kitten she got after Nora didn’t turn out to be the cat of her dreams. Barn kitten came with the name Rose, but quickly became Nibbler both because she resembles the character on “Futurama” and because she’ nips at your elbow when when she wants attention. Lucy our chestnut mare succumbed to laminitis last July. Her show name was “Pretty As A Picture”.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones? If Tom Ford is a celebrity then yes. Tobacco Vanille and Noir de Noir are my favorites.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese? Mimolette, Comte du Jura, any blue cheese particularly Roth Buttermilk Blue. Least favorite? Commercially, mass produced cheeses that are bland and have the mouth feel of plastic.
4. Are you a good salesperson? No. I would get fired on the first day because I don’t have the patience for all the different types of clients out there.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil? SUQQU.
Impressive Easter spread you made. I think it’s perfectly acceptable to serve the same type of food year after year. We do it at Thanksgiving and Christmas, why not Easter or birthdays? When feeding more than two people it’s always important to find simple and easy recipes.
Karen says
I mean, I tried! I really wanted to do something different but didn’t have time or the emotional bandwidth to practice like I usually do. I’m just glad everything was edible.
So I had to look up your cheese and mimolette looks REALLY delicious! Do you typically eat it with bread or crackers? It doesn’t seem like one of the melty cheeses.
Stephanie Smith says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? Sit back, there’s a lot of pets! Three pugs, Tofu (the kids came up with that, they wanted a food name, Fubar or Foobs, came with that name, Carl, it fits the puppy. The four cats: Ghost, he’s fluffy and white, Lola aka Fat Cat Or Blackie Chan, she’s a fat black cat, Elsie, short for Little Cat, she’s small, Krusty, kids came up with it. Snakes, Athena, after the Greek goddess, and Magic Mike, he came with that name.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones? No, never.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese? Favorite, sharp cheddar and smoked Gouda. Least favorite, blue. It’s hard to want to eat moldy food.
4. Are you a good salesperson? I never think I am, but apparently I am. Yay me!
5. Who makes the best brow pencil? I like Benefit’s brow pencils. But I normally use Glossier’s boy brow, which isn’t a pencil.
Karen says
OK, so what I wanna know is who takes care of the snakes!
Efrain says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
Max, because it was the name of the main character in a telenovela (my mom chose it) and the “official” name is Maximino. At the end he’s also called “Gordito” (chubby but with love), “Cuchurrumin”, “Bodoque” (no real translation for these two), and “Bebé”.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Nope, I don’t think so.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Favorites: Cream cheese, Oaxaca and Mozzarella.
Non-favorites: Swiss cheese too and any cheese a little sweet.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
I think I’m like a enabler, but not real like a salesperson.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Definer Pencil is my go-to now.
About food, I had to work all the weekend, but the food was amazing, so I can’t complain. I ate white asparagus, rabbit, many traditional dishes and lots of chocolates.
Karen says
Hi, friend! Who did you end up spending the Easter holiday with? Sounds like the food was amazing!
Suzanne C says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
She’s Julia, but I don’t know why. We adopted her when she was two. But we sometimes call her ‘Julia Child’ because food is her favorite thing of all and she loves to be in the kitchen when we’re cooking.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
I don’t think I have.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Favorites: goat, Havarti, Gouda, Parm, and cream. (Yes, we’re counting cream cheese, because it’s yummy.) But I’m totally open to trying just about anything. Least fave: blue; anything remotely resembling blue; smoked cheeses. (Who decided ‘smoked cheese’ was a good idea?)
4. Are you a good salesperson?
It depends on how invested I am. I was terrible at my brief attempt at retail. But I’m pretty darn good at convincing someone of something I believe in.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
Benefit is my current favorite.
Wow, it’s rare to hear that TJ’s let you down like that; I’m so sorry. You West Coasters need a Publix. (It’s a grocery store- really reliable bakery, among other things.)
Karen says
YES to cream cheese counting as cheese. 🙂
Publix sounds like our Safeway. They have a pretty good bakery! I should’ve just gone there and got some cake slices, sigh. Anywho, how was your weekend? Did you do anything fun?
Erica says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
No fur babies so no names!
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Yes. I used to love JLO Miami Glow but out grew it. Her original Glow was gawd awful though. Had some Britney scents too. Hated Curious but liked Fantasy. Only “celeb” scent I have now is SJP Lovely. It’s my Spring scent!
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Favorite is Colby Jack, Gouda, Muenster or Goat Cheese. Least is Blue Cheese or Cheddar
4. Are you a good salesperson?
Nope
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
Imo the best is ABH. Others may have a decent formula but they don’t do shades right. ABH just gets it. In my experience, most brands simply dark, darker, too ashy or too brassy. My best match is w ABH Brow Wiz so I stick w them though I do try to stock up w a sale at Ulta!
Chelsea says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
Hettie (short for Henrietta) was named by the shelter we got her from. Jiji is named after the black kitty from Kiki’s Delivery Service.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
Zack’s sister gave me an imitation Paris Hilton perfume I used to wear ?
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Mozzarella is so versatile! Least favorite is anything bleu or the like.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
I’m alright.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I never use brow pencils!
Jae says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
When we adopted our Brownie girl, her name was originally Hershey (after a Hershey kiss because she’s chocolate colored and her sister was named Kiss). We have a good family friend named ‘Harshi’ and it was too close to Hershey so the kiddos collectively changed her name to Brownie. And because I love nick names, I call her brow-brow. Love our furbaby.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
I can’t say that I’ve ever bought a celebrity scent. I tested Lovely by SJP and it was light and airy but didn’t quite like it enough to purchase a whole bottle. I’m just partial to Michael Kors fragrances and am a creature of habit.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Love, love, love mozzarella, brie, Monterey Jack and Havarti. Not a huge fan of feta and goat cheeses. I gotta be in the mood for those and they’ve gotta be paired with just the right things or they’re a no go for me.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
I believe that I am. I’m the worst person to take shopping because I will successfully convince you to buy all.the.things. I sold adopting a dog to 3 families who were dead set on not getting any pets. It did help that I had my Brownie with me too. My eldest son has both my and my husband’s (he is dubbed the Yoda of bartering) negotiation skills so we’re screwed with that one.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I’ve used several of the years and surprisingly have been impressed with the Arbonne pencil. Lasts all day, good twist up pencil. Not too stiff, not too soft and has a handy built in spool on the other end. I’ve bought it 3 times now.
I’m recovering from our Easter feast with my fam. Lots of fried food, grilled veggies, all the meats and of course, desserts upon desserts. I have to detox myself this week. Definitely worth it since fam time is the best time and the weather was perfectly warm! Sad to hear about TJ’s cheesecake. Such a shame! I love a good cheesecake! My cousin almost always brings one from Nation’s to our functions but he was the gf this Easter so no cheesecake for us.
Jan says
I buy deserts for special occasions from BJs and they are always a hit, so you might want to try them next time.
Karen says
Thank you, Jan! There’s one in the next town. I’ll check ’em out!
Kate & Bree says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
I just have Bree. That’s her name. It wasn’t the name she came with though. Her name was originally Raegan (pronounced Ray-gen, like the president), but when we called her former owner, we were really suspicious about her. We were calling while preparing to send Zena to heaven and weren’t even thinking about bringing one home so quickly, but when we were ready. Well, I guess Z had other plans and we could not let this go. We picked “Raegan” up two days after Zena passed to find all our worst fears confirmed. “Raegan” would scoot (she couldn’t walk mind you!) herself behind the toilet and shake when we used that name. So I changed it to something similar to a shortened version of Ree (which wasn’t too offensive to her) but still was still a strong Scottish name. “Bree” means “hill” in Scottish Gaelic and the name stuck. She goes by BreeBree, BB, or Breezille for nicknames.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
I haven’t!
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
I love a really good sharp cheddar. I loathe Swiss; it’s just an acquired taste to me. You can’t have Swiss cheese without a salty cheddar. I also LOATHE Gouda. Omg, I love a salty cheese, but that’s too salty. It makes me cry.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
Uh no. I cannot lie to save my soul.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
I haven’t used a brow pencil in *years.* (We’re talking over a decade. I’ve devolved to brow mascara.) When I did, I used Wet N Wild I think? It’s been a long long time.
Susan C. says
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers?
Sadly, I’ve no furbabies at present.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones?
No, I try to avoid that kind of thing. You’ve got me curious to try that Britney scent, though.
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese?
Most favorite currently is Havarti with dill, or St. Andre, or an extremely sharp white cheddar (I’m allergic to most yellow cheeses). Least favorite is goat cheese; I just don’t like the consistency.
4. Are you a good salesperson?
Yes. If you come across me in a store and so much as make eye contact I will have you buying whatever is in your hand. I often think the stores I frequent should give me a cut of their profits.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil?
Right now I’m liking the Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Definer Pencil. The lead is teardrop shaped which makes it super convenient to apply and stronger than its thinner cousins. The color is good and long lasting, and since there’s always a deal at CVS I now own a small arsenal of these.
Jennifer says
Guuuurrrl, I’ve got that exact same tablecloth! You probably bought yours’ some place upmarket. Because I’m Mrs. Cheapy Cheaperson I bought mine at TJ Maxx last year–Kate Spade or Cynthia Rowley, if I can remember. Of course, I forgot to put it out for Easter.
Also, your brother looks so much like you.
And Recipe Tin Eats! All of Nagi’s recipes are the best. I just adore her. She also has a separate website just for helping food bloggers improve their websites. Nagi is such a generous soul and a darn good cook.
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? Jesse–he’s a blond lab and named after Jesse from Breaking Bad. We adopted him from someone who was too old to exercise him everyday. His birth name was Denver but we just couldn’t cotton to that. Anyway, he likes the name Jesse.
Then we have 1.5 cats. Little Miss, who started out life as Montequio, because she looks like a beautiful Latina woman in cat form. But, we shortened it to Little Miss because she’s got short paws. Also, the vet office could never spell her birth name correctly.
Then there is .5, who is named Lily with White Boots or white boots for short because, of course, her boots are white. She got angry with us after we had her fixed and most of the time refuses to come in the house. She’ll come in for meals but unless it’s winter, she insists on living in our barn.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones? I don’t think I have. Does Liz by Liz Claiborne count?
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese? I have cheddar cheese with an apple every day for breakfast so that’s probably my favorite. But I really love a smoked gouda or provolone or baby swiss. The only cheese I abhor is brie. One of my girlfriends works in a deli at a gourmet kitchen shop and she insisted I try a brie they were sampling a few weeks ago. I told her I didn’t like brie but she said it was really buttery and I would love it. Well, I did not. I had to spit it into a napkin. It was soooo gross I thought I was going to be sick. I’m definitely not mature enough to eat brie.
4. Are you a good salesperson? OMG yes. When I worked in the circulation department at a newspaper in college, I was always winning subscription sales contests.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil? I’m not sure. I’m more of a brow powder gal. I really love Smashbox brow powder.
Sienna says
1. I literally have no pets. I used to have a fish, Winky, but she died 🙁
2. I have worn Daisy by Marc Jacobs from a sample, and I loved it so much. Other than that, I haven’t.
3. My favorite types of cheese differ as to the dish they are in. But I love Havarti as is, I love Gouda in Mac n Cheese, and I love provolone on sandwiches. I HATE American cheese and white cheddar.
4. It depends what I’m selling but I can sell anyone a makeup product
5. I’d say Anastasia beverly hills sells the best brow pencil
jean says
Monty is my dog; name stuck because he looks like a Monty
Jennifer Anniston has lovely fragrances
Favourite cheese – anything from New Zealand
Terrible salesperson
Nyx micro brow pencil is pretty good and cheap
Kim says
Your pictures of your brother always crack me up! Glad you all had a nice Easter and the TJ’s cheesecake is a lesson learned. I have meals and sides that are almost exclusively “holiday” so we repeat those very often. When it’s only once or twice a year, no one seems to mind. I think you’re safe to recycle. HAHA!
1. What are the names of your furbabies, and how did they acquire their monikers? I’m a Jane Austen fan so we had an Emma (who has passed) and currently have a Harriet, Sophie and Willoughby.
2. Have you ever worn a celebrity scent, and if so, which ones? No, but I’m not much of a fragrance person (or celebrity person, for that matter). 🙂
3. Your most favorite/least favorite types of cheese? Most favorite are camembert, brie, muenster, havarti. Least favorite is limburger. I love cheese but definitely prefer the soft/semi soft to the stronger/sharper/harder cheeses.
4. Are you a good salesperson? When it only requires product knowledge and telling the truth. If I was asked to sell creatively (ie exaggerate or lie), then I would be TERRIBLE.
5. Who makes the best brow pencil? I like Anastasia of Beverly Hills regular pencil (not the Brow wiz). I like pencils that you sharpen yourself. I find the twist-ups to be too waxy.
