I must confess, I don’t do it as regularly as I should. I finally got it cut yesterday (see above!) for the first time since last June. YIKES! I blame it on laziness and the fact that it’s long, which means I can let it get scraggly without it bothering me too much. Now that I have bangs, though, I have to get better about scheduling regular trims.
How often do you cut your hair? Do you go in for regularly scheduled cuts or whenever it strikes your fancy?
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
P.S. That’s Prescriptives Guava Lipgloss and Papaya Lipcolor on my lips!
Super sleek cut !! Karen this is a gorgeous cut on you and it came just like Vanessa Hudgens’s ! I’m gonna get myself a hair appointment pronto !
Does it take a lot of maintenance ?
Indian Girl´s last blog post..Prescriptives Motor Eyes Mascara : Review
Hi Indian Girl,
It’s a little bit of work but it doesn’t take too long. In this pic I used a curling iron with a big barrel to do the top and the sides, and that took about 20 minutes. I have wavy hair, so what I plan to do is to wash it at night and then let it air dry. In the morning I’ll spritz it with a curl reactivating spray and then curl it like this. 🙂
When you get your hair cut you’ll have to tell me… I want to hear how it goes. 🙂
You look gorgeous Karen! I love the waves you have in your hair…I have naturally curly hair, and when I straighten it and use a curling iron it’s next to impossible for it to hold:S Any tips? thanks!
Hi Kam,
It helps to have product in it before you curl. Have you tried spraying hair spray on the pieces before popping them in the curling iron? It totally helps keep the curl. 🙂
You look so good with your new haircut! I wish I could find a style 🙂
awesome cut girl! unfortunately, i don’t get a cut regularly and now i see lotsa split ends everywhere! ugh! im lazy 😛 my hair is super long (almost to my waist) and stick straight. seeing your new ‘do makes me wanna head out to the salon!
**i just told my husband about it and he says “heck no!” LOL
Hi Flora,
Aren’t guys funny? Whenever I actually get my butt to the salon El Hub ALWAYS yells, “Don’t cut it too short!,” as I walk out the door.
I bet your long hair looks really pretty! Maybe just go in for a quick trim? Split ends can be such a pain…
Aww Karen, you look so nice! This cut makes you look nice and refreshed 🙂 I can’t seem to keep long hair, I always get bored with it and end up cutting it. Funny thing is, most people like my hair shorter, they think it suits me better *shrugs*. But rock those bangs girl, work it!
Hi Hafsa,
Yah, I hear ya. Ten years ago I chopped mine off and it took forever to grow it out because I’d get bored and end up cutting it.
How short is your hair now?
Fab hair cut! I love the big bouncy curls… I chopped off my hair last year otherwise I would have loved to try this 🙂
Audrey´s last blog post..EW’s Mandi Bierly strikes again!
Hi Audrey,
Thanks. 🙂 What made you decide to chop off your hair? Didja just need a change?
OH MY GOSH.. you hair is so nice!!!
I love the way its styled.. really nice and it looks so healthy too.
Id like to try soft waves like that for a night out.. however im too lazy to even brush my hair most days!
Tali´s last blog post..LUSH haul & Sugar Scrub review
Hi Tali,
Thanks, hon! I finally feel like I’ve rejoined the land of the living. I sorta got used to my hair being crazy out of control… hopefully I’ll keep the style up. 🙂
You should totally try soft waves. They would look great with your features.
Your new hairstyle is soooooo pretty! It looks very versatile too! 🙂
I try to go in for a cut twice a year, but I haven’t been since last August! I hope my cut next week comes out as nicely as yours!
Hi Glosslizard,
Thanks, homie! I took a chance with a new stylist and lucked out. 🙂 I hope I don’t wait another year to get it cut again, LOL!
What kind of cut are you getting next week? Are you doing a dramatic change, or will you go for a trim?
I almost didn’t recognize you, Karen!
I got my hair re-layered and cut on April 13 (I had to go waaaaaaaaaay back in your blog to find that comment). I could never keep my fringe the length yours is at. I’d drive myself insane. Mine is typically kept at the eyebrows and it gets longer on each side of my face.
I get my hair trimmed all over once every three or four months; bangs, typically every other month. My hair is very, very healthy but my fine hair tends to show split and dead ends like deer in the headlights. It’s not pretty.
It does seem no matter what state my hair is in, I always get compliments on three areas of my hair–my hair color, how stick straight it is and the “hair commercial” shininess (hair stylist’s words, not mine). Technically though, even the most naturally straight hair has a curl. Mine likes to do this weird flippy thing on the ends (one side flips in, one side flips out). I turn red everytime. >.<
P.S. Why are my comments always so long? I need a censor thing on my fingers.
Hi Kate & Zena,
I remember your hair from that pic of you at a dance. You’re so lucky to have it so shiny and straight, for real! I spent many an hour with a blow dryer and round brush trying to get that look. I would kill for wash and wear hair, sigh.
OMG. Your hair looks gorgeous! Love the bangs!
Hi Janet,
Thanks! I hope I can get it to look like this again, LOL! We shall see…
Very pretty! I usually cut my hair every 4-6 weeks. I have short hair, so I do that to maintain the style I wear.
Ayana´s last blog post..For The Love Of CHI!!!
Hi Ayana,
I hear ya. When I had short hair it would drive me crazy when it started creeping up on my neck, eek!
How short is yours? And how long have you had it that way?
Hi Karen 🙂
nice hair do,it looks like your hair has a great texture and you can do whatever with it.
I had a looong hair for 10 years and had a haircut maybe twice a year if…got a short bob last September.Ever since every haircut seems that my hairstylist goes shorter and shorter…. Anyhow I get a regular haircut every 6 weeks,my hair grows pretty fast.
Hi Madeleine,
🙂 Thank you!
Bobs are super cute! I think they frame the face and really bring out a person’s features. How did it feel to chop it all off? I bet it was very liberating, huh?
Cute hair! I have short hair, so I get it cut every month. I have very thick hair and if I were to grow it long, I couldn’t have a job too. It’s way too much work.
Hi Sheila,
LOL! So true — sometimes maintaining totally long hair feels like another job. How short is yours right now?
Girl that is hot hot hot. Lovin’ the bangs 😀
Hi Kim,
Thanks! 🙂 Are you all ready for your night out? What makeup did you decide to go with?
To be honest, I don’t remember the last time I cut my hair:P I am currently trying to grow out my hair and have it Pocahontas long like I did as a child. My split ends are starting to really show though:(
Hi Wehkwas,
Pocahontas hair! How much longer do you have to grow it out?
I am so jealous! Your hair looks amazing! If I had hair like yours I would not keep mine short. I have a good amount of hair, but it’s fine so once I get a couple inches past my shoulders, it gets too thin and scraggly. BOOOOO!
I get my hair cut every 7-9 weeks. I almost always get a different cut every time also! It’s the bored Gemini in me LOL!
omg! the new hairstyle looks great on you! :]
I got it cut in January and before that it was about 7 months prior…it’s ridiculous really…but it’s all one length, so turns into not a big priority…but yours looks super pretty!
Amy´s last blog post..Grace in Small Things, Part 23
Hi Amy,
Thank you. 🙂 How long is your hair? Do you usually wear it down or up?
HELLOO Pretty mama! Your hair looks so wonderful! I am long overdue for a haircut as well (over 6 months!) and I usually go for the same style as yours: side swept bangs and layers. I think I might have to use this as a reference!
Have a lovely weekend Karen!
Hi Jacks,
Thanks, girlie! 🙂 Looks like you and I have been hanging out in the same overdue haircut boat, LOL!
Anyway, you have a great weekend, too. Got any exciting plans?
That cut/style looks amazing on you!!!
Hi Lina,
🙂 Thank you! I hope you’re having a nice Friday. 🙂
Thank you. It has it’s drawbacks but I guess it’s better than putting gel or mousse in my hair right after a shower. I’ve spent many an hour with a curling iron and tons of hair products trying to get your style!
Have you tried Aussie’s leave-in conditioner? That is like Shiny Hair in a spray bottle.
Hi Kate & Zena,
I guess the grass is always greener on the other side. 🙂
I used it a loooong time ago. I remember liking the scent!
Their 3-minute miracle is still an old school fave of mine.
How’s your evening going? I’m about to head out to dinner in a few. Tabs is all CRAZY because it’s raining. I hope he doesn’t destroy anything while El Hub and I are out.
My hair rests just on my collar bone, but i also have face layers and a few layers in the back, with a thick side fringe. I like it, so much easier to handle than long hair for me.
Hi Hafsa,
It sounds cute! I bet the style frames your face and really brings out your features. 🙂 Is it still long enough to tie back into a ponytail when you need to? It’s always nice to have that option when one’s in a hurry.
Wow, you look great with your haircut! It’s really flattering, and I swear, I think it makes you look like you’re twenty. Your hair looks gorgeous.
Hi Doreen,
LOL, thanks! Yay, I’m totally cool with the hair taking off a few years… 😉
How’s your Saturday going so far?
you look amazing! =)
Hi Jessica,
Thanks, hon! 🙂 I hope you’re having a nice Saturday!
Karen,
Your hair looks very pretty! Modern Farrah Fawcett type do. To answer your question my hair cutting frequency varies. When I lived in Denver I got it cut like every other month or so. No I get it cut twice a month cuz I have short hair and it grows so fast. I know that might sound pricey BUT my mom used to have a salon back in the day so she cuts my hair for free. I know it’s aweseome! If I want something special I go and get it done at the local beauty school. I do miss laying back and having someone wash my hair.
Hi Tania,
Lucky girl! I bet she takes extra care of your hair, too. Awww!
Do you have long or short hair?
i’m LOVING the hair karen 🙂 i wish i could do more with my hair, but it only looks good if i go to a salon.
and i never get my hair cut as often as i should, i generally cut my hair when it gets too long and bothers me then i cut it too short and get mad at myself(it’s a never ending cycle!)
Hi Nikki,
Thanks!
I wish I could cut my own hair… I unfortunately don’t have the coordination!
I have short hair so I have it cut every month or so before I start looking too shaggy. Lovely cut and style on you!
Hi ParisB,
Thank you!. 🙂 How short is your ‘do?
Umm, hello HAWTNESS! I love the cut on you!!
I’m exactly like you…I hadn’t had a hair cut since last year (until about 3 weeks ago). Didn’t do anything special with the cut, though, and I’m kind of regretting that I didn’t take a bigger chance with it. Next time 🙂
Have a great weekend!
Hi Elle,
Thanks! 🙂
Wow, a year… how long did your hair get? How did you end up cutting it?
You have a great weekend, too!
Super Cute!!!

Hi Candice,
Thank you!
I used to cut it once a year. Now, I have really short hair and get it cut every 3 months. My hair grows pretty fast.
Hi Itzzzkimmm,
That’s a big change! How short did you go?
Karen,
I have to be careful with that 3-minute miracle conditioner. I only use it when my hair is fried and dry in the winter. If I use too much or keep it in too long, my all ready oily hair goes into overdrive so even though I washed my hair, it still looks like OPEC could lay claim on it at any moment in time.
I hope you and El Hub had a romantic dinner!
It’s not raining here, for once. I hope Tabs doesn’t destroy anything! Zena doesn’t like the rain either, particularly thunderstorms.
Zena played, walked and escaped through the front door today. She didn’t get very far and I carried her little royal heiney inside. She got a good talkin’ to, let me tell you, as she nearly got ran over by the neighbor’s car across the street! Thank goodness the neighbors know her, stopped and called her to the driver’s side so I could come behind her and scoop her up. Momma got a talkin’ to too as she was the one who left the door open! I think she temporarily forgot Zena is a TERRIER aka bolt-prone, not a Labrador because Zena is so well-behaved. She’s micro-chipped but that doesn’t mean I want her exploring without a leash and a human! Aside from the Exploring the Outdoors Without a Leash Episode, my day’s been fine.
Hi Kate & Zena,
Yah, that stuff can be heavy. I’ll do it every once in a while, but not too often. I really like the scent. It takes me back to high school. 🙂
Thank goodness Zena didn’t make it too far. She better not add “escape artist” to her doggie resume.
Dinner was great! We got drenched while walking to the restaurant (parking in SF is challenging), but the yummy food made up for it. We had Japanese food: sushi, grilled salmon, shrimp tempura and seaweed salad. YUM! When we returned home everything was still intact — Tabs managed to not go completely nuts!
How was your evening? Was it relaxing?
I love the new cut on you!! Your wear the wavy sexy do so well.
I used to get it every 6 weeks, but since I’m broke, I’m doing it every 12-15 weeks. =P

Hi Gloria,
Now if only it would do this on its own consistently, LOL!
I love your new haircut; it looks amazing on you. For about half the year I get me hair cut pretty regularly, but I tend to experiment with it, so it gets shorter and shorter. Then the other half of the year I let it grow out again.
Alexzandra´s last blog post..Wishing for Red Lips
Hi Alexzandra,
Thank you!
What’s the shortest you’ve ever gone? I’ve done about chin length, and that’s it. I have always wanted to try a pixie cut, but I don’t have the courage to chop it off!
Karen—you look gorgeous!! I love the hair!
I haven’t had a chance to visit the site in a while, it looks really great too!
Hi Terre,
Nice to see you! How have you been? Anything new with you?
Heyyy!
Love the cut, you are looking hot!!
I am really bad with getting my hair cut too, usually push it off till it screams for help 🙂
Hi Merylynmagic,
Thank ya!
How long is your hair? Do you wait because it’s easier to get away with?
Wow, your hair looks fantastic Karen! I wish I could get mine to do that, but I don’t think it’s in the cards. I have fine, thin, naturally curly hair (really it’s more wavy, since it lays flat on top, and then does an “s” curl). I only cut it when I get tired of it being so long. For the last few years, I’ve done the same thing each time I go to the salon–shoulder length with long layers. I’m getting bored with it, actually. I’ve found a stylist who’s supposed to be really good with curly hair; he cuts it while it’s dry and everything. I’m thinking I may make an appointment, and tell him I want it short, and see what happens.
Hi Stacie,
The dry cuts can make a big difference. I’ve had it done before when going short and I liked the results. I bet he’ll be able to bring out your curls and some volume!
You’ll have to let me know how it turns out. 🙂 Sometimes a big change can feel so liberating… I’ll have to vicariously live through you if/when you go short.
Yes, I did need a change and I became obsessed with the Rihanna / Katie bob and had to try it out! Turns out it was so much easier for me to manage and looked cuter… I was never good at styling my hair when it was long… never as cute as yours! 🙂
Audrey´s last blog post..EW’s Mandi Bierly strikes again!
Hi Audrey,
That bob is HOT! I love the angles and how edgy it looks. I tried that about 15 years ago and it was one of my favorite haircuts, ever.
Is your hair jet black like Rihanna’s, too?
WOW! Karen, your hair looks GORGEOUS! =D
I usually get my hair cut every 2 and a half months, basically whenever I’m back in Shanghai. English people cannot cut my hair. They always make a compleeeete mess of things, so I don’t let them anywhere near my hair anymore. If I can’t get to China for some reason, I stop off at China town.
Jian´s last blog post..Lunasol Nails
Hi Jian,
Ha! I do kind of the same thing, except I look for stylists with wavy or curly hair. They seem to “get” all the quirks involved with curly hair. I’ve had too many bad triangle cuts in my day, LOL!
When are you do for your next cut?
wow! sexy wahine in da house!
not that you looked bad before, karen. you know the consensus is that you’re very pretty, with a perky & fun personality to boot. that’s why you have so many devotees.
i get my hair trimmed every quarter to six months. right now, like you, i have bangs (kate moss-inspired shag), so i go more frequently. right now my hair is about as long as yours but i want to grow it longer–maybe down to my booty. we’ll see. in the meanwhile, weekly deep conditions and staying away from the hair dryer/flat iron as much as possible are a requirement for me.
Hi Nai,
🙂 Thanks!
I notice that staying away from heavy heat styling makes a huge difference. If you good about letting it air dry I bet you can grow that hair down to your boo-tay in no time flat. What deep conditioner have you been using? Do you like it?
Your hair looks fab!
I tend to go around every 3 months, but its not booked in. My hair is naturally quite light, but I have it dyed blonde and so i usually make an appointment when the roots (that fortunately hardly anyone else notices!) are driving me nuts.
I think I’ll probably go either later on this month or early next month because its starting to get scruffy!

Hi Beth,
Thank you!
You’re so good about going in. I def. gotta get better about making my appointments (sigh). 🙂
How’s your weekend going so far?
Nice ‘do! Your hair must have been really long then, eh? I got mine rebonded the other day. It’s a bit pricey, but it will save me so much time on styling!
Hi Lehea,
I bet your mane looks gorgeous. I am for anything that saves time on styling. 🙂
Your hair looks amazing! I wish I could get mine to look like that!
Hi Nina,
I hope I can get mine to look like this again too, LOL! 🙂
Happy Saturday!
Your hair looks amazing!
I get my hair cut whenever it strikes my fancy.
Hi Karen B.,
Thanks, hon! Are you home now?
LOVE LOVE LOVE the new style! It is so perfect for your face and style – awesome! This is the picture I will be taking to my stylist.
Hi Kelley,
🙂 Thank you. I hope it I can keep up the style. I’m so used to just throwing it up in a ponytail and forgetting about it, LOL! I’m going to try my best, though.
When do you plan on hitting up the salon? Will you be going in soon?
Looks gorgeous! And I’m one of the regulars… but only because I get highlights. I go in every 10 weeks!
Hi Julia,
Thanks! I’m thinking of going back to highlights (had them about a year ago). What do yours look like?
Just had to tell you that you look just beautiful with your new haircut! Not that you didn’t before…but it is SO flattering – just love the waves and the bangs!
Happy Saturday!
I’ll probably just go for a trim and a touch-up. I’m really liking my current long layers because they’re easy to style and I can pull them back easily for Aikido! I’m open to suggestion, though (just never short… ever again *shudders*).
omg, I don’t do it nearly enough. Your cut looks fab!
Karen,
Oh its short! LOL Hmmmmmm like Halle Berry Bond girl short. I’ve been wearing it like that for about 5 years now. Sometimes I grow it out a little at the top, and sometimes I’ll add extensions to it, styled in a bob or so. My hair long is not the best, it doesn’t keep a curl, and I guess I don’t have the patience to deal with it anymore. I do love it on others though! 🙂
Ayana´s last blog post..For The Love Of CHI!!!
Oooh, gorgeous!
I chopped my hair Twiggy-short in December of ’06, and it’s been short ever since. I usually go in about every two months to get it cleaned up — basically, if I feel it’s starting to be too “party in the back”, it’s time to go in! Plus I adore the girl who cuts my hair, and her prices are a-ma-zingly low, so I always look forward to seeing her!
Randomly, I keep having dreams that I have long hair again — so weird!
WOW Karen! Your hair looks so amazing!!!! You should do a “Karen from MBB: Her Best Hair”, I bet everyone would vote for this LOL! It’s SO shiny!!!! What shine-inducing products are you using! I need a detailed review of all of your hair products.
Love the new hair! I cut mine every 3 months at least.
My hair grows long very fast and… I just love hair cuts.
Rinslet´s last blog post..I wonder if they were made to look alike on purpose…
i cut my hair like every 2 months or so
That is such a cute haircut. I get mine cut whenever I’m getting bored with it, so maybe once every couple of months or so.
OMG! I want your hair! So long and luscious!
You look gorgeous Karen, wow!
I go to the hairdesser once every 2 months.
Girl your hair looks gorgeous! If I could get my hair to look like that in under an hour I would keep it long. I usually get my hair trimmed about every three months but I’ve been bad (and broke) so as of now I haven’t cut it in just under a year. All that will change tomorrow. 🙂
I LOVEE this haircut on u GORGEOUS!! I used to get my hair cut or trim every 4-6 weeks to prevent split ends, but that did not really made a difference so now i get it trim every 3 months or so 🙂
The rest of my evening was really relaxing. I had a Burger King big kid’s chicken tenders for dinner (aka payday food). I buy that instead of an adult’s meal as I can never finish an adult’s chicken tenders.
I don’t think Houdini is going to be added onto her list. She’s being a kiss up today.
Your dinner sounds fabulous. I normally don’t like seafood but it sounds so good.
yes, Karen , you should consider doing a best hair entry for yourself! i so agree w/post #93!
re deep conditioners, i currently alternate b/w garnier fructis sleek & shine and kerastase lait vital.
I try to get my hair cut once every month though, occasionally, I run a few weeks over. Rarely do I run a month or so over but it has been known to happen XP Within the past year my haircuts have consisted of actual dramatic changes. The first was…about 8 months of so ago and I went from my beautiful long hair to a more shoulder length and layered look. Everything was the same…it was just shorter and a bit more layered. The latest cut I have is short (and due for a trim). I can no longer put it into a ponytail AND I got banks (straight bangs!). I loved the bangs! haha I say I look like a China doll now XD. Anywho…I USUALLY just get a trim BUT if I come across a hairstyle I adore I check it out and talk to my hairstylist about whether it will work for me or not.
BTW, am loving the cut! Reminds me of my old locks!
Cute Karen! Last June is a long time! I haven’t done anything with my hair since about mid-March. I’m REALLY overdue for highlights (7 months).
First let me say how fabulous your hair looks! It’s a cross between Stacy London and Farrah!
I am lucky if I cut my hair once a year. Sometimes even longer. My hair grows maybe 3 inches a year and I always dislike the cuts I get. They always cut too much and do things to my hair without taking into consideration I have really thick hair and that not all techniques are rights for all hair types.
A few weeks ago I was feeling a bit scraggly and I REALLY didn’t want to go to a hairdresser and shell out money for a cut I probably wouldn’t like.
So I nicely asked my husband to cut it. hee. He is an Architect and is a perfectionist who is good at anything he does as long as you give him clear instructions. So I told him I wanted the back evened out and a sharp angle in the front. He did AWESOME.
http://www.byhillary.com/2009/04/adventures-in-home-hair-cutting.html
I doubt I will go back to a hairdresser anytime soon. Not if I get this great a cut for free! Well and the joy of saying “yeah my husband cuts my hair, no he isn’t a hairdresser!”
hillary´s last blog post..It’s the small things.
Karen, my hair got down to about the middle/lower part of my back…cut some of it off to donate and then just got long-ish layers. I can’t go *that* short, ever, because I’m far too lazy to actually style it, but I don’t think the layers are, uh, layer-y enough. 🙂
i loooove the cut!! the bangs look really good on you too. your hair is really lookin like celebrity status right now! lol
Aww, thank you much mama 🙂 Yes, it’s just long enough to put in a ponytail if i’m running around and can’t keep it down. You know, the closest it looks like is Nicole Ritchie’s hairstyle, when she had shorter hair a few years ago, do you remember that? That’s what it looks like, I <3 her side bangs:)
am a hairstylist so im really picky about it, i get my hair cut every 3 months. even though you might use products to repair you hair, don’t relay on the products….u also have to take care of your hair and cut it every 3 months
Karen, I LOVE your haircut! It is so becoming on you! It has a little bit of the Farrah Fawcett from the 70’s with that year 2009 edge! Your hair is beautiful and shiny!!! I’m jealous girl!
I get it cut every 8 weeks or so to avoid split-ends. Yeah, it’s hard work; but, I have to do it.
I love your hair! So jealous.
I rarely get my hair cut. I’m trying to let it grow right now. So I’ve been definitely skipping out on the hair cuts, even though they say it grows faster with the trims.
Loooooove the new hairstyle! It looks so good on you!
I get my bangs done every 4 weeks, and the rest is every 8 weeks. My hair is long – more than halfway down my back – but I’m still trying to grow it longer, so I only get the ends trimmed off, removing any dry, damaged, or splitting hair at the ends so that my hair will keep growing longer.
Beautiful hair! And you are making me want to run to Prescriptives’ to check out Papaya…
I have short hair, so I must get a cut every month. It’s like therapy for me, and I always feel reborn after a cut.
Hello Karen:
You look really gorgeous!!! yuor hair looks so shinny and healthy…..beautiful

Hi Karen,
I am now. I’ve been away on Friday and Saturday though… It’s good to be home but I miss some people so so much. It’s insane.
Karen – you look totally, totally fab with this new haircut!! I think loose curls and bangs really flatter you. You seriously look at least 5 years younger (which is not to say that you look old normally, but this is just so fresh and young looking!).
I’ve actually been growing out my hair for the last two years, so I haven’t gotten it cut very often. Now that it’s finally past my shoulders, I think I’m gonna have it cut every 6 months or so… I haven’t yet decided how often I’m gonna get my bangs trimmed. Last time I just kind of let them grow out, but I like my bangs better this time. I had it done at a Japanese salon named Moga last time, and I LOVED how it looked when the stylist curled my hair… I’m just usually too rushed to even dry my hair in the mornings though, LOL… so I totally feel you.

Your hair looks amazing! I love the bangs and the soft curls! I used to curl my hair everyday but now I am simply too lazy and leave it straight. I hope you’re having a good weekend so far! 🙂
Your hair looks fabulous! I’m guilty of going to long between cuts too. Its usually about every 5-6 months… I’m even worse about coloring it. I was home last weekend and my mom freaked out about how long my greys are getting haha. I almost don’t even care anymore lol. I should probably do it one of these days though, cuz I’m sure the greys poking through everywhere make me look older than I am!
Briana´s last blog post..Sigh…
How do you get your hair to curl like that?
Gorgeous Karen!! Awesome cut. I had that cut two years ago and got so sick of the bangs I grew them out. If you find a way to deal with them long-term, let me know. Everyone said I looked great with bangs but I just can’t deal!!! If you could do a post on dealing with bangs on a daily basis, that would be awesome. Or maybe styling options? Love your cut though! You look so glam!
It’s stunning! It’s so fresh and light – and you have the healthiest looking hair I’ve ever seen! Your stylist did an amazing job:)
Love it! Looks Gorgeous!!!!!
Morning Karen,
How is your morning so far? I think I am coming down with something!! ïŒ
I absolutely love your new cut, I love the layers and side swept bangs!! IT looks awesome on your face shape. I actually go every 3 months to get my hair cut, and I have been loving my hair ever since. I have naturally curly/ wavy hair that used to be extremely dry until I started taking care of it more. I love my hair dresser more than most things, and I use mainly Aveda products to keep my hair healthy and natural. I also go every month to get it blown out straight as a little treat to myself. ïŠ
Have a great week!!
Bobbie Sue
Karen! Your hair looks AMAZING! Look at that shine! I am unbelievably envious. I demand to know what products you used…
