Part of the Reason Why I’m Constantly Covered in Cat Fur

October 22nd, 2012 by Karen 17 Comments

I can’t leave any clothes out (clean or dirty), because Tabs will always, always find a way to roll around or take a nap in them, sigh.

it’s hard because you want to be mad about having fur on everything, but cats are so cute when they’re sleeping that you can’t be mad haha

awwww. Love sleeping kittycats! I love when I catch Jiji snuggled up into a ball.

It’s harder to tell with Quincy, because bunbuns sleep with their eyes open…

This happens all the time here! Try having a white cat while wearing mostly black clothes (this is me)! Yes I feel the pain Karen, cats are fluffy and cute but oh so hairy, lol! I bet we can spot the other cat ladies just by looking at their clothes, lol!

It’s funny my cat really loves jumping into the hamper. I got a taller one so now she jumps off furniture into it. She always finds a way.

Haha. At least Tabs is not orange. My cat used to leave his bright orange hair all over my stuff. Sad thing is, I still find hair on some clothes, even though he is not with me anymore 🙁 Miss him so much.

Awh. cute sleeping Tabs! I feel you though!
I’m at my mom’s for awhile and her two cats do this all the time!! I’ll bring up my clean laundry and put it on the table for a couple hours (ok, maybe longer) return to hang it all and find one or both kitties has nested and shedded all over the clean laundry! I’m more likely to pile the dirty laundry though but they cover that in fur too. I already get fur from my two pups while I’m wearing the clothes, but then the cats get everything furry before or after I put it on. Argh! They are all to cute to be mad at but Sticky rollers, lint brushes and Downy Wrinkle release are awesome at winning the “cat-fur-nest” battle.

Awww soooo cute!!! Tango has kicked over my laundry basket a couple of times to take a nap in it, but usually when it’s a clean pile of laundry I make sure it’s out of their fluffy paws’ reach!

This is why ive given up on wearing black. Its almost always gray for me now. Because black is just a huge cat fur magnet. 😀

My cat Holly does that with bags! Any kind of bag: plastic, purses, canvas shopping bags, you name. She’s a total bag whore and will go to sleep in any of them. It would be so adorable if my purses didn’t always get white fur on them! 🙂

You and me both, girlfriend. Two cats–one orange, one black–and an Australian Shepherd. And they ALL want to sleep on the bed. Animal fur like crazy. Between the light cat and the dark cat, and the dog who is blue merle (so both light and dark), no outfit is safe.

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
