MAC Cremeblend Blush: Official PR Information and Photos

MAC Cremeblend Blush: Official PR Information

For every contour control freak, for every persistent perfectionist comes this wondrous way to play with blush that gives you the most magnificent flexibility you’ve ever had…Starts creamy, stays creamy and proves once and for all that powder is NOT your only prerogative. You can get back to a new build for that retro “rouge” look — Old Hollywood Glamour made modern — or stop at subtle and natural; it’s all in your hands. In three aspects, two shades of each: One matched to skin, one for a brighter glow and one darker for cream contouring, it’s perfect for all skin colours, minus the silicone, particularly adept at preventing ashiness on darker complexions. Make powdery a thing of the past.

Cremeblend Blush, available March 3, 2011 at all MAC locations in North America and internationally in March 2011 ($19.50 U.S./$23.50 CDN)

  • So Sweet, So Easy — a bright yellow pink
  • Something Special — a light coral
  • Posey — a warm peach
  • Ladyblush — a warm neutral coral
  • Brit Wit — a dusty rosey mauve
  • Tea Petal — a mid-tone reddish brown

Are they changing the formula, or something, or is this just a repromote?

Eeep I guess they’re just reusing the old names, not reformulating the colours. Very sad! The old ladyblush is my HG 🙁

I love the lovely lavender shade. I don’t think it is part of their new line and for sale is it? But only for the campaign?

Yay! Im so glad to So Sweet So Easy back, I was crying for missing out on that beauty! For some reason, the Brit Wit swatch looks different from the one I have. I hope these are the same colors as the name bears, and I hope these shades will be permanent!

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
