Pics of what I ate at Off the Grid last Sunday.
I got my meal from the Koja Kitchen food truck. Above are the Kamikazi fries: criss-cut fries, kimchi, green onions, signature sauce and Japanese mayo. If you’re a meat eater, you can order it with Korean BBQ Beef, too.
I also had a Teriyaki Zen KoJa, a vegan seasoned patty with pineapple, Japanese seasoned romaine lettuce and teriyaki sauce on a toasted rice bun.
YUM!

Oh my god, i wish i lived in the states! Food trucks are practically non-existent here (ireland) and although lunch markets are springing up they aren’t very exciting! :-

I’m not into vegan food but that ‘burger’ looks so yummy. I’m open to new experiences!! In podunk Panama City,Fl you don’t see things like that 🙁

megan, if youve grown up eating food like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and oreos and cheetos and chips with salsa and guacamole, and you enjoy it, then yes, you are into vegan food 🙂 vegan is a new term but the food isnt! well, some really interesting new dishes are created all the time by super creative vegans 🙂 hopefully you can view this album of food pics, everything looks amazing! i love sandwiches so things like BLT with avocado and tex-mex wraps are right up my alley…

Food trucks are having a moment here in Santa Barbara too. We’ve always had a kajillion taco trucks, but now we also have burgers, hot dogs, banh mi, and Sri Lankan curry on trucks too. NOM!!!
