OMG, I LOVE this kind of squash! The consistency is so good, and I love how its tender and everything in the mouth.

That looks deeee-lish! I don’t think I’ve ever had spaghetti squash but I’m going to try it as soon as we get a fridge and I can start cooking again. I didn’t even think I liked squash until I tried butternut and found an excellent butternut squash bisque recipe. Yum. 😀 Now I’m hungry.
Well…not entirely settled. We still have a lot of boxes to unpack. And this whole not having a fridge thing is getting old. My parents have an extra one that they said we could have but my dad is procrastinating about loading it onto his truck and lugging it out here. I mean, I know it’s 320 miles, but in the meantime we have no fridge. Maybe I should just tell him to forget it and look for a used one to purchase since we can’t really afford a new one right now.
Your picture totally made me drool…
Karen, will you please cook for me? :3
This looks delish!!! I have to try this out!

I have never heard of spaghetti squash before. I thought it was puree squash made into pasta. Your concoction looks delish! I am going to look for this vegetable when I go to the grocery store.

Hi Sole,
Me too! I want butternut squash ravioli. *drools*
Are you all settled into your new place?
Well…not entirely settled. We still have a lot of boxes to unpack. And this whole not having a fridge thing is getting old. My parents have an extra one that they said we could have but my dad is procrastinating about loading it onto his truck and lugging it out here. Are you all done unpacking?
Hi Sole,
Oh no. Not anywhere close. I am glad to have gotten most of the kitchen done, and that has helped my sanity a ton.
It sucks not having a fridge! We had to await awhile for hours and we ate a lot of bars and Safeway deli food.
Anyway, how’s the new place? And why did you guys decide to move?
I know I’m a little late on this-
for the holidays my family eats spaghetti squash with a little bit of butter and brown sugar and its is absolutely to die for.
