Naturally Eccentric is, well… pretty eccentric! I can’t imagine who could pull that off. It’s practically white!

White can look very flattering against some skin tones, in my opinion. Especially darker ones. =]

Nat eccentric could Be used as a layering lippie ‘perhaps? I remember one of the girls sent me home with “sun sonic”‘from one of the summer collections, ( neon orange packaging), it was almost the same color as eccentric- and since I never got around to returning it ( sound familiar girls? Lol) I wound up using it as a highlighter!! It worked out great, I loved it at the time! Lol

Bust out looks so different in the tube than it does on your lips. I would have never thought it could look so wearable! Also, Girl on Board, that’s my kind of gloss XD I love shimmery layer-able colors like that!

Does Bust Out seem to be similar to Syrup? I really wanted that shade, but if I can get it with Surf Baby packaging…

      Hi Priscilla,

Unfortunately, no, they’re very different. Bust Out is darker and more wine colored, whereas Syrup is lighter and more of a purplish pink.

BTW, re: your new foundation — I love that MUFE one. It looks like real skin, yet covers everything. I wish I could wear it (broke me out). Lucky you!

It is! I wore it last night to Cinco de Mayo dinner with El Hub.

Do you wear yours on its own or pair it with a lip liner? I’m thinking it would be cute with MAC Sublime Culture.

Mocha and Bust Out! both look they’d be right up my warm medium skin alley! Also, I just wanted to take a little moment and say thank you Karen! I rarely comment here, but I adore your blog because it actually shows fun ways of wearing the products, instead of just the products in themselves. Seeing you wear things (and so prettily too!) is always inspiring. Seeing that so many different looks can suit one gal makes me experiment much more with my make-up looks too 🙂

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my two-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my cat (Tabs).
