Well, it shaped up to be a lazy Saturday here at Casa de MBB. Tabs and I have been parked on the couch, catching up on episodes of The City (um, how does that Olivia girl still have a job?). It’s a comfortable 78 degrees here with nary a cloud in the sky. I might let Tabs take me for a walk in a few minutes and then perhaps catch the new Toy Story movie.
Sometimes lazy days just really hit the spot. 🙂
Whatchu been up to today? Are you knee-deep in adventure or just taking it easy like me? Do you have a spare minute to do a little Saturday Surfing?

An amazing cover of B.O.B.’s Nothing on You (someone give this girl a recording contract!)
Enjoy the rest of your Saturday! Touch base and let me and Tabs know how you’re doing.

I was looking at that Revlon stain earlier (sneaked a CVS trip on my way home LOL…) … looks promising!
Now to wait for a sale or a coupon! 🙂
Karen says
Ha! I am all about covert drugstore makeup shopping.
I was just at Target the other day on the guise of buying “stuff for Tabs,” but was actually there to look at stuff from Boots, heh!
Nina says
That reminds me, I think were out of wet cat food … Anja will never eat just dry food so I might need to make a petstore run. Guess whats next to the petstore? My most fave place on earth (accdg to the Hubs) — Target! 😛
Karen says
Anja is such a diva! What is her wet food of choice? Tabs won’t stand for anything else other than Fancy Feast meals “with gravy.”
Nina says
Yes she is a diva – the true diva of our household actually!
They both like the Proplan WITH Gravy as well. They are partial to chicken w/ rice and weirdly enough, dont like salmon!

LOL! Oh my god, the missing cat link has me with stitches in my side from laughing 😛 I love it!

Saw Toy Story 3 3D version last night and it was wonderful but crazy sad. Be sure to wear waterproof mascara and bring tissues!
Karen says
I’ve heard that it’s really good! I didn’t watch it today, but hopefully I’ll be able to catch it tomorrow. I’ll be sure to bring tissue and wear waterproof mascara. Thanks for the heads up!
Sarah says
Thanks for the review of Toy Story 3 Steph. I had also heard that this movie is exceptionally sad and since most new animated movies seem to turn on the waterworks for me (ie. Wall-e) I’m probably gonna need a supersize box of tissues! Lol

I think olivia still have a job because she comes from a wealthy family, because of her last name is the reason why she gets those jobs. She is soooo rude and disrespectful, and honestly she have no clue how to get the job done. I don’t think she’s qualified for employment. For some reason joe is obsessed and in aww of her that he can’t even see that she actually don’t work….any way I been reading your blog forever now, and u always mention nutella I have been living under a rock cause I have never ever heard of it before. You always mention how yummy it is, and I became more and more curious each time u mention it. So this past friday when I went to target I purchased it, but have yet to tase it. I was hoping they would have a small jar but they only had one size….
Karen says
Hi Tricia,
It’s really yummy on toast or with some sliced fruit. 🙂

I did. If I ever end up in Toronto, I plan on stopping by! 🙂

Oh my GOODNESS! That is little Raquel Castro of the Kevin Smith movie “Jersey Girls!” She played Ben Affleck’s daughter. She was sooo adorable and talented then, and look at her now! Who knew she could sing? Now I feel old…

Good eye, Julia! Yeah, I’m surprised she hasn’t gotten more work. I think she’s adorable and has a great voice.

Best cotton pads – hands down – are the ones you buy at costco! and they’re dirt cheap. They never lose cotton on me, and they’re double sided with a super soft side and a light exfoliation side. Although I’m sure the Chanel ones would be tres magnifique!
Karen says
Costco is a mecca for cheap beauty items. Have you tried the Kirkland wipes? I have friends who swear by them… I’m about to road test a pack this week!
