      Hi Nina,

When I’m working out consistently I have to wash every day too (can’t stand a sweaty scalp). One thing I like to do is skip the shampoo and wash with water or a light conditioner (in place of the shampoo) instead. It really helps with cutting down the dryness.

My cousin told me thats what she does — shampoo every other day and conditioner everyday … im going to give that a spin this weekend and see how it goes! ๐Ÿ™‚

        Thanks, Karen!

Great tips! I usually can’t go one day without washing my hair because it get’s so greasy(SO annoying) Even dry shampoo does not help!! So I try to be extra diligent in the other categories!

I’ve been using Aussie 3-minute miracle about 3x a week and it’s been really moisturizing without weighing down my hair.
