ooh I hope you pick me! I love the DKNY Delicious line. I’ve been wearing Clinique Happy In Bloom. I bought it in a gift set and it has the regular bottle of perfume plus a wand thingie that has a rollerball on one end and pink lipgloss on the other. Woot! It’s been hanging out with me since I bought it and will go wherever I go this summer.

Oh Karen I’m totally OCD when it comes to perfume. During the winter months I only wear floral-orientals or woodsy-orientals, with a preference for gourmand scents. Hanae Mori Butterfly and Magical Moon, Kenzoamour, Ralph Lauren Hot, Armani Code and Sensi, L by Lolita Lempicka (and the original), and Tom Ford Black Orchid Voile Fleur are among the treats that clutter the top of my dresser in the cold months.

In spring and summer my tastes change completely and I lean more towards citrus and fruity florals. It gets so hot here that any of those heavy sweet winter scents feel wildly inappropriate come summer. In the spring I like to combine Lavanila Vanilla Grapefruit with Stila Mandarin Mist (which are both lovely on their own) because the smell of them together reminds me of creamsicles! Yum. I also added Tocca Beauty Brigitte to my spring lineup this year. It’s gorgeous.

Then when it gets really hot I use Delices de Cartier Eau Fruitee (but the staying power is virtually nonexistent!), L by Gwen Stefani (I just realized I own two perfumes named L. Heh.) Dolce Dew by Stacked Style, and my all time summer favorite, Fresh Sugar Lychee. This fragrance just spells summer for me.

I’ve purchased most of them from reputable vendors on eBay so I usually end up spending about 50% of the retail price (which in my mind means I get to buy twice as many). *le sigh*

Hey there!

I adore fragrances. I wear different ones for different moods/occasions. I have a pretty extensive collection, but I’ve been sticking to a certain few this spring…

My day to day fragrance has been Issey Miyake’s Un Goutte de Nouage (A Drop of Cloud). It’s got that “just rained” smell, without smelling too grassy, like the original L’Eau D’Issey. Plus, on me, it gives off a little bit of vanilla.

When I go to professional events and such (I’ve been trying to network a lot to get an internship), I like to wear Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely. That is such a classy scent! mmmm… OR, my awesome Stella by Stella McCartney roll on.

In the evening, when I want to kick it up a notch, I go for the John Varvatos fragrance for women. oooooh, that scent makes me want to eat the bottle. I find myself continuing to smell myself through the evening. haha…

Like I said before, I have plenty of others, but these I have been the ones I’ve reached for most this season…

3) Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue… Just a good summer scent over all. Good mix of citrus and flowery scent and it’s just uplifting when I wear it.

Basically for the past few months I’ve been switching between Marc Jacobs Daisy, and Ralph by Ralph Lauren. The scent of Ralph is so crisp and summery it an be completely addicting. Perfect for a day at the beach or for a lunch date with your boo.
