thats what stopped me from doing capoeira – in capoeira moves like this are called floreios – translates to flourishes. after 2 years i still couldnt get those flourishes and my body was hurtin!! I have mad respect for all capoeiristas and breakers! breakdance and capoeira are very closely related!
awesome pic – i too tried it a few times my shoulders gave out my lower body is just too heavy LMAO!
It’s so hard! B-girls have so much upper body strength and agility. I wish I could do it, but I think that window of opportunity passed a long time ago. I guess that means I will also never be a capoeira star, either, shucks!
