I’m not gonna lie, actual photos of this thing in person look much better than that promo photo that was circling around. I’m still not going to shell out the money for it since only three or four shades is actually calling out to me. Not a bad palette though, for folks who don’t already own several of UD’s other palettes.

The way it looks, you plug your smart phone into it, slip the phone into the cover and play tutorials on how to use the contents of the box. At least, that’s how I am envisioning it.

Gah. I’m not sure what to feel about this palette. To me, the added tech stuff is annoying, the size of the palette is annoying, the price is annoying, and the fact that half the palette is made up of neutrals is annoying. I do like the colors and that 9 of them are new (they’re already recycling Midnight Rodeo from the 15th Anniversary palette?) and I’m figuring that with the amazing sales of The Naked Palette, they’ve decided to put more neutrals in stuff (this & the anniversary palette. I also like that although they put another black liner in a palette, it’s a liquid liner now. I’m just really torn. All I keep thinking is that I wish Wendi would go back to her roots and remake a lot of the original products UD started with, but with newly improved formulas. How many people would love to get their hands on brand spanking new shadows, polishes, lip sticks, & glosses in some of the original colors that made UD stand out?

i have found love. i’m getting a $50 sephora card for my bday (sept) and i’ll return my liquid liner in perversion to sephora, given that this palette has one ($18) for store credit to cover this palette. it is lovely and gimmicky and beautiful and i adore it. anyone know the exact release date? i just cant wait to own it.

Product lust! The only downside to these palettes is that many of the colors are repeats.. I don’t mind, though. They’re collectables to me, lol.

I know people are complaining about the bulk but I see it as owning a little work of art! I love my Alice in Wonderland UD box 🙂 I so wish UD would have a brush in more of their sets. I like UD’s Brushes.

Those are so pretty! I can convince myself so many ways how this is such a great buy. Not that it takes much convincing. Staying away from them to resist temptation of buying all the pretties!
