Cute ring
It does go nicely with the eyeshadow.

Aww, thanks! It’s kind of a crazy ring but I love it.
Hope you’re having a great day so far.
Love the ring! It’s very out there, yet it will go with casual outfits as well
Hi Mariesen,
Thanks, hon! I figure it’s one of those fun things to wear when I’m feeling goofy. Have a nice day.
Argh, I was just at Target, wish I had seen this post before then. I need this ring.
LOL, CynthiaCC…I’m there like every other day. I actually have to go back on my lunch break to pick up some paper towels and coffee. That store is my home away from hom!
Did you pick up any beauty goodies when you were there?
Pretty ring and beautiful eyeshadow! Karen, can you post the rest of the makeup your wore in this look? It’s really flattering and gorgeous on you! I love wearing teal blues and emerald green eyeshadows but I always have a hard time figuring out how to complement them with the rest of my makeup. Any advice?
Hi Kate,
This look was really easy to do. I used MAC Sublime Nature Paint as a base all over the lids, then I lined my upper/lower lash and water lines with Laura Mercier Black Gold liner. I then patted Parrot on the upper lash lines and dragged the color barely into the crease.
Cheeks are Tom Ford Beauty Blush in Wicked, and Lips are Tom Ford Beauty Lipstick in Flamingo topped with MAC Plushglass in Fulfilled.
With teals/greens, often I’ll do either pink or peach on the cheeks or lips. If you look at the color wheel, you’ll see that pink/peach is opposite of green/blue; they’re generally considered complementary to those shades. That’s one easy guideline to remember. Another idea to find complementary shades is to look at pics of flowers. If the colors work together on a flower, then chances are they’ll also work when applied to makeup! HTH…let me know if you have any other questions.
Awesome ring! I love the color!
That ring is so cute! I may have to stop by Target…

What a lovely eye shadow! I wish it was permanent. The pink lip looks stunning on you, reminds me of your look with MAC Speak Louder,it made me put Speak louder to my list!
