i think he was into body modification before he met you lol!
LOL! I can just imagine him chillin’ at a tattoo shop…
OMG toooo funny, my fat kitty Sammy also has a chip in his ear, but I know how he got it. My tabby kitty, Squirt (who looks like Tabs) bit his ear once when they were “playing”.

Tabs probably got into more than a few fights when he was living on the street…if only he could talk!
Hi Vampy Varnish,
I love that your cats have history.
I like to think of Sammy as “big boned.”
Hi Cloudburst,
I wish he could, too. Then he could explain why the rain turns him into a psycho and why he refuses to use Tidy Cats litter (that’s $10 down the drain!).
Yes, it’s the Maine Coon in him that makes him “big boned”, not the swinging Winnie the Pooh belly

chip? what chip? his handsomeness outshine all like chips….plus they just add character.
It’s probably something unique that he was born with. His ears remind me of bunny ears (really stupid association, I know)!
Zena has a flick of fur at the end of her tail and she’s had that since birth. It’s utterly adorable. It adds character, as does Tabby’s chip. As does his black/red nose. It makes Tabs Tabs.
My cat, Sox, also had a chip in his ear. He was a stray for four years before I found him, and I’m positive he got the chip from roughing it out with the other tom cats during that time. He was a tabby too. haha But he had more gray and white than Tabs, not much brown.
