As they are, no…the top would fall at a weird place and make my legs look like fence posts lol Reply Megan says: April 6th, 2009 at 10:52 am I say Nay. I also think I’m starting to get old. These just scream Dominatrix to me for some reason. Reply Barbie says: April 6th, 2009 at 11:06 am I say nay! I think more pain then glory. Reply Suzy says: April 6th, 2009 at 11:10 am Oh. If movies were shoes and they could bear offspring, these would be the love child of Gladiator and La Cafe au Folles. Just sayin. Since I would imagine they would be extremely uncomfortable no matter how many insoles you put in them, I’d have to say nay. But they are cute! Reply Alice says: April 6th, 2009 at 12:16 pm Yay! I love strappy tough looking shoes. I would prefer a thicker heel or even a wedge! Reply penelope says: April 6th, 2009 at 1:52 pm i say yay Reply Briana says: April 6th, 2009 at 1:54 pm They look pretty awesome, but I’m all for shoes that are easy to get in and out of lol Briana´s last blog post..First ride… Reply Didi says: April 6th, 2009 at 3:28 pm Nay – could be better in my opinion Didi´s last blog post..Nexxus Heat Protexx Styling Spray $12 Reply Bobbie says: April 6th, 2009 at 4:08 pm There aren’t many Gladiator styles I think are attractive & I like these. I still will have to say Nay! They look like they would be terribly uncomfortable and a major pain to get on and off. Reply Solé says: April 6th, 2009 at 5:31 pm They definitely have some attractive detailing like the metal hardware, but I don’t like how high the top two straps are. I imagine someone would have to be six feet tall in order for these shoes to not visually shorten the leg line (sorry, been watching too much What Not to Wear). They remind me of ankle boots and even though the “ankle boots with short skirts” trend was in this past winter, it is usually a faux pas for 95% of women’s body types. Also, they remind me of some “granny boots” I had when I was 10. Way too 80s. I say nay. Reply Glosslizard says: April 6th, 2009 at 5:37 pm Oh, yay! I would wear those in a hot second! Reply Archelle says: April 6th, 2009 at 6:08 pm Those are fugly. Sorry! Reply Stacie says: April 6th, 2009 at 7:49 pm Those are hawt. However, they would not look good on short little me, I’m afraid. Reply Stephie says: April 7th, 2009 at 9:47 am YAY! but I’d prefer them in black Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
