In case you were worried that NARS wasn’t going to release a blush palette that didn’t include Orgasm, you can now wipe the sweat from your brow.
Wait — was that a double negative? I kind of confused myself there…
Killing Me Softy, one of two new blush palettes for fall, does include the cult classic peachy gold blush, along with three other shades for highlighting and contouring. There’s Gilda (a coral with a hint of red), Albatross (a luminous gold) and Outlaw (a soft rose with golden shimmer).
Overall, the palette leans quite warm, so if you wear toasty peaches, golds, corals and red shades well, you might want to take a closer look.
It arrives at NARS counters, boutiques and online September 1.

Absolutely!
Agata says
oh, I think this one is even more beautiful than the previous one! It will be a hard choice…
Karen says
Hi Agata,
They’re both great! But I think for you I’d go with Adult Content. I think you could rock all those colors pretty hard. 🙂 You could also do this one, but you may have to spend a little more time diluting and blending because a couple of the shades are so intense, ya know?
Agata says
Actually you’re right. I was comparing your swatches of both palettes and I agree that the Adult Content would work better for me. I cannot wait till the palettes are available. You know my blush obsession has no boundaries, lol.
Julia says
WHAT how are all my favourite NARS blushes and highlighter all in one place, this was made for me!
Karen says
Hi Julia,
Wooo hoo! Now you have your dream travel blush palette, that’s awesome! 🙂
Alison M says
Super pretty! But I think I’m going with the Adult Content palette. It speaks to me 😀
Karen says
Hi Alison,
I brought that one down to LA with me. I’m loving it so far! It really does have everything you need for travel (contouring, blush, highlighter). 🙂
Have a nice Thursday!
Kim says
I don’t need this… I don’t need this… I don’t need this. Sadly, that’s not helping at all. I hope I can forget about it because, otherwise, there’s a .01% chance I won’t buy it. And I really *don’t* need it. 🙂
How is the beach? Any massive muscle sightings? Btw, sorry for all the ellipses. I know they drive you crazy!
Karen says
Hey Kim,
LOL… they’re… driving… me… nuts…
SO, I went down to beach this morning and it was overcast and cold! No muscle bound dudes, just lots of surfers and runners.
Kim says
HAHA! I read a funny article on their overuse (blame texting and social media) and thought of you.
I’m sorry you hit the cold, overcast weather. It’s so disappointing when that happens. On the bright side, I really liked your pics of the street art, though.

Beyond gorgeous 🙂

I like this so much more than the Adult Content palette! Now I have to find a way to get my hands on this, NARS doesn’t retail in India unfortunately!
Gowthami says
Stunning shades!! 🙂
Emily A says
Well, hmm…. I usually avoid palettes with Orgasm, as I already have a couple. This is tempting, though…
Phyrra says
It’s beautiful but I wish they’d skipped Orgasm.
gio says
So pretty!
Maja says
WOW!!!! Love the palette, would love to get my hands on it, but NARS is not available here in Croatia!! :/
M says
I LOVE that palette! The mix of coral, pink, and berry will make a beautiful shade. My wallet is already crying…..
Allison says
I love that blush palette. And don’t laugh, I am one of the few women on earth who doesn’t own Orgasm, though I always meant to! I have red hair and usually gravitate toward warm shades so this palette has my name on it. Now, I’ve got a month to save up 🙂
megan says
Wow Outlaw is gorgeous!!
Bianca says
I love these colors . Works well with dark skin also. ⤠NARS !
Olivia says
Looks like an awesome palette! I def wouldn’t splurge on it though…but I really want Albatross!
Karen says
You can buy Albatross separately. 🙂
Alex says
Both palettes look amazing…I don’t know which one I’m going to go for. Which one looks better with your skin tone, this or adult content?
