I wish they didn’t recycle the names! I have the old Fun & Dangerous palettes and this could cause confusion, they should’ve added a “2” like with the Naked palettes.

Those pencils look great! But seriously, how do you sharpen pencils like that?! I’m pretty sure it’s me, but I can’t seem to sharpen them properly 🙁 I don’t have any problems sharpening real pencil-style eye pencils, but I don’t know what it is about this type of pencil that makes it impossible for me to sharpen them. I always get a blunt uneven tip. I feel like an idiot because I’m supposed to be good at all things make-up, you know… 🙂 Do you know what I could be doing wrong, Karen?

Not for me, I much prefer the Chanel Holiday collection and the Nars Andy Warhol gorgeous collection too. No Book of Shadows this time ? Well, the packagings are pretty but eyeshadows are a bit déjà-vu, I like the build your own palette formula but it’s really expensive I think.

My assumption about the lack of a book of shadows was because last years sat on their clearance section for months.

They’re also coming out with a new palette that isn’t listed on here. Its the Vice palette. It has 20 colors so it seems similar to the book of shadows. However, they say these colors are all new, but it looks like they took colors they already have a renamed them. And they’re also coming out with a smaller naked palette called Naked basics and it comes with 6 colors.

      Take a look at both:

Anyway, I love the big 24/7 set and will definitely buy that, hope we get it in the UK. I don’t think I’ll get the palettes, except maybe the Rock one because I like that shade a lot. I already have a lot of UD palettes (all the BOS plus a good few other ones), so I would be doubling-tripling up on certain shades otherwise.

I am excited about the holiday release, particularly the liners. I can’t pass up a liner called LSD (especially since I have a 24/7 eye shadow stick in Morphine), and I am happy to see Junkie making a comeback in this year’s holiday pack, too. Junkie is a great teal-green (and I wear it with Morphine hahahahaha – the names UD uses just kill me!). I don’t know if I’d go for the palettes only because I already have some of the colors, like Fishnet and AC/DC. I’d be much more impressed if they put colors I wanted but couldn’t get, like Omen, or some of their more iridescent shades.

Black lace and purple… *drools* Actually, I own the first version of the Feminine palette and they’re close enough that I might not indulge. But it’s gonna be hard!
I think the Fune palette looks very wearable this time, and I love the bright blue zipper bag! I need to check my stash to make sure I don’t already own a majority of these shades…

And Mushroom 24/7 liner looks GoRgEoUs! I wish they sold it separately!

I love the new eyeliners. I’d totally buy them if they were being sold in the UK.. but I highly doubt that will happen as the holiday 2011 eyeliner sets never hit the stores. 🙁

I’m not interested in the palettes. I haven’t got any of the shades in the fun palette but still find it unappetising – I don’t think I’d wear it.

Also the other palettes have 4/6 eye shadows of which I own.

I love UD palettes but it you have the Smoked, 15th Anniversary, Mariposa, BOS IV, BOS III or are a UD collector at all you have these shades. I wish they’d do more new shades in their palettes instead of recycling so much, if you have Smoked you don’t need Dangerous!! I also am growing tired of the all drug references, love their product but the message is reckless.
