I just posted a baby bump post on the blog the other day, but I haven’t done a YouTube update in a while, so here we are at 28 weeks! Baby Girl, otherwise known as My Little Ninja because she kicks all day long, is doing fine.
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

Hmm… I live a few hundred miles away, but I could always use another Cheek Pop Blush. 🙂

Ah that dang GD! Sorry to hear but yes, it is only temporary!
You’re looking wonderful though. That pregnancy glow girl! You got it!

Wish I could go but I’m on the east coast. I love the cheek pop blushes!!! I only picked up one of the lipsticks. They are short, and it doesn’t fit in my Zahra lipstick tower which was disappointing. I also thought it was a little sheer, but it’s great that they are primer and lipstick in one.

GD around Christmas is horrible, but if you don’t have to take medication, that is a relief! Good thing you are into healthy eating and exercise anyway.
I feel like my bump is about to explode, and I am about half a week behind you. Seriously, I can´t remember being that big in my first pregnancy, not even at the end!

Baby-Ninja, LOL <3

Loving the side-tim action, aw yes! Hehe 🙂 Nice belly, Karen! Bit just you wait, girl, it’ll get even bigger!
😉
Nah, I’m kidding, I have no idea what I’m talking about, haha. Don’t listen to those women.
Sorry to hear you have pregnancy diabetes. I didn’t even know that was a thing… But yeah, at least it’s temporary, just remember that! Just sucks that you’re dealing with this during the holiday season…

You’re looking great, as always! Glad to hear that Baby Ninja is doing well. 🙂 I hope you guys have a great holiday. And, remember, she’s never too unborn to appreciate her first Star Wars movie. HAHA! We’re hoping to get there this weekend. No spoilers, I promise.

Awww, Karen..I thought that Clinique promo was going to feature you! I would’ve totally braved the SCP crowd to see you!
Glad to see you and baby are doing well 🙂

I hope it really isn’t permanent! I’ve had a few girlfriends remain diabetic after birth. One of which was the pettiest Philippina 🙁 The others were all possibly at risk to begin with between weight and family history. The good news is once you get off refined sugar and carbs you crave them much less and when you do have them, you are satisfied with a lot less!
Not to scare you but my mom’s best friend is going into surgery on the 21st to have her foot and leg amputated due to complications with diabetes (55 and overweight but still)! Give El Hub diet police rights if you have to!
Erin says
PETIT, I HATE YOU AUTOCORRECT!
Michaela says
You are looking good with that bump! Enjoy your pregnancy!

Hi Karen! You look great at 28 weeks! Hang in there!! ?
What lipstick are you wearing on this video? I am loving the shade!!
Lorraine says
Hey Karen, you look great. I hadn’t kept up with the blog in awhile so I just found out you’re expecting, congratulations!!
You might have already seen this factoid someplace but 28 weeks is when babies arms appear. Interesting, huh?
Sorry to hear about the diabetes situation. Best of luck with everything.
