Normally the skull decoration thing isn’t my cup of tea. I dunno…. The eye sockets freak me out, but I saw these Dia de los Muertos-themed planters at Trader Joe’s yesterday and thought they looked kinda cute with their succulent hair…
Get it? Succulents??
Anyway, they’re $9.99 each.

I need this, definitely my aesthetic. Thanks for the update! (I was just there yesterday, why didn’t I see them?? Hope it’s not coastal.)
Karen says
Hmm, did you check the plants area? These were right outside the entrance door.
What did you get yesterday?

I’m not a skull person either but I actually love these! Wish we had a Trader Joe’s in Canada, ugh,

It is my fave place to go grocery shopping! I do wish the produce kept for longer, but as long as I remember to use everything up quickly it’s great.
Michele DiCola says
Better get there tonight ,,,,,,,??

Oh, they are nice. I will see if I can get something similar here in Germany. Probably not, Halloween (or Dias de los Muertes) aren´t big here.

My mom is from Bavaria and she said she never saw a pumpkin (or winter squash/gourd) until she moved to the US as an adult. She found Halloween to be a very strange holiday. 🙂

I must have a small TJ’s, because I just came back from there and I didn’t see these. Bummer, cuz I kinda like them. Although I’m pretty sure I’d end up killing the succulent anyway.

I totally picked one up this weekend after seeing your Insta about it! I got it in white and call him R. Scully. (I’m hilarious) 😀
