Do you use dry shampoos?
Tabs does (what’s a dry shampoo?). Really, they’re all he ever uses. Matter of fact, I can’t remember the last time I saw him take a *real* shower, LOL! That cat is filthy. 🙂

They do make my blowouts last longer, but I just still feel dirty! Ha, love the leaves stuck in Tab’s fur. I just got Photoshop, and I love it!
Can you post more reviews on beauty products? Any coming soon…?

No, but I should! My hair gets so oily that I have to wash it everyday! I know I shouldn’t but i have no choice :/.

I’m in the same boat. My stylist always tells me to skip a day at least, but if I do… well, it’s not good. Do you have fine hair too?

I’ve been using the Fekkia natural dry shampoo and I just love that if I have to go somewhere and either don’t have time or don’t want to wash my hair, I can just put some in and throw my hair in an updo and no one has any idea. I probably wouldn’t have tried one but I got mine as a deluxe sample on Sephora and now I’ll probably always keep one on hand.

I started using dry shampoos when I went red. Cause red fades so quickly, my stylist told me to only wash my hair every other day. All stylists say this, even when you don’t colour – something about natural oils? Anyways, I tried them all, but really like Rene Furterer (sp?). The particles are smaller so I don’t look like I dumped baby powder on my head. To freshen the smell of my hair, I spritz in a little CLEAN perfume. Done!

Nope, dry shampoo plus naturally OPEC Oil Reserve hair equals not a good combo. This hair gets washed everyday with running water. Going a day without shampoo is not an option.
Zena doesn’t get dry shampoo either as her skin is sensitive to shampoos and fabrics (yep, my terrier has sensitive skin. I know, it’s ironic). She gets a very gentle oats shampoo when she gets a bath. She actually needs a bath (I haven’t bathed her since November) but it’s really cold! She’d have to wait an hour and a half to go outside which is non-existent with her.

Yes! However I’ve been using the one from Big Sexy Hair. I love the product but I’m now on my 4th can and every single one has broken before I get 5 uses out of it!!!! I keep thinking, “maybe this can is jst bad” but I’m not kidding either the sprayer breaks or jams or clogs or the product leaks out… It’s frustrating. I need to know of a good brand that doesn’t have these problems.

I use the Fekkai one but it doesn’t last too long. ): I bought a new one, but I forgot the brand. Can’t wait to try it though!

I can’t stand the way dry shampoo makes my hair feel heavier. I’d rather stick it up in a ponytail to hide any greasiness.
As for Tabs, dry shampoo is just the start. Next thing you know he’ll be getting Botox.

I use it every now and then in between shampoos when my hair gets a bit oily. I use one by Open Sundaes in a chocolate scent and a brown colour. It works great to soak up the oil and it does give my hair some body and volume. The problem is that my hair is dark brown/dark and the powder is not quite dark enough for my hair and I would really need to brush the excess powder out to avoid having ashy looking hair.

I never used dry shampoo…but I like the article. It says that is great if you are blonde and have damaged hair because you can use this dry shampoo 3-4 times a week between your regular wash. Hey come on, who is washing their hair everyday? I mean of course if you’ll wash it daily and blow dry it and use a flat iron your hair will not be so healthy. I don’t wash my hair 4 times a week (the whole procedure takes me 2 hours so you can imagine how it will be to wash it daily) so…using this dry shampoo 3-4 times a week…is too often for me.

This is in my ‘Walk of Shame’ rescue bag (if you catch my meaning). Originally, when I heard that Too Faced was promoting a ‘Walk of Shame’ collection, I thought it was hilarious. Then I decided it was brilliant. Not only do I love THEIR cute tote with everything you need to make it home with dignity, but when I finished it I started my own and Dry Shampoo is a GODSEND. Add an easy cream foundation, perfume, a moisturizer, and a 3 in 1 lip, cheek, and eyes combo cream to it and you’re set to come home in the morning with your head held high. Oh, and of course a toothbrush.

Baby powder is much cheaper and essentially the same as dry shampoo. Works best on blondes, of course.

I used to until getting a new bottle every so often started to add up, if I really need to I use baby powder .. it doesn’t look good though (brunette) 🙁 So I went back to shampooing every day :/
