Tabs came home this morning covered in sand and smelling of beer and sunscreen. While he slept it off in the corner, I looked through the browsing history on his iPhone. 🙂
Here are some of the links he bookmarked this week…
- What would it be like to wear a rainbow to the beach?
- Here’s how to pinch mad pennies with RECESSION HAIR!
- I dig the look and feel of this short film by Christian Dior (starring Marion Cotillard of La Vie en Rose).
- Washing is for squares, yo. Why not skip the suds and rock the dirty hair look instead?
- I wonder how much time I spend surfing for websites to help me be more productive…
- It’s the perfect excuse to break some lipstick!🙂
- Louis Vuitton’s new ad campaign to mark the 40th anniversary of Apollo 11’s landing on the moon is a little “out there.”
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen
That Dior video is wee-erd!
Sometimes I think those fashion types try to be weird for the sake of being weird.
Thanks for the links Karen. Have a good night! =)
Everything about this post makes me smile, from Tabs coming home smelling of beer and sunscreen to you checking the history on his iPhone. And Marion Cotillar is breathtaking. Did you see those shoes??? *le sigh*
Also, thanks for introducing me to Hair Thursday. It’s funny that she mentions the “dreaded triangle,” because I call that haircut fumble “the lampshade.” I recently cut about 8 inches off my hair and the girl who cut it put some layers in it but did not thin it out. I thought that was strange since everyone who has ever cut my hair has taken the thinning shears to it. As soon as I washed it, there was a horrendous puffed out triangle above my shoulders (and I have very straight hair). I couldn’t look at myself! Within less than a week I found the girl I currently go to and she thinned the crap out of my hair and gave it an actual shape. The length stayed the same but there was hair all over the floor. Now even if I don’t flat-iron it, there is no poofy puff. What a relief.
