Tabs had no idea he was being watched/stalked this morning on his walk. As he was surveying his domain and taste-testing the foliage, the neighbor’s Shih Tzu was watching the watcher. Tabs had no idea that he was the one who was actually under surveillance.
It was kind of embarrassing.
Lots of interesting things in the circle this morning, notwithstanding the dog that caught Tabs totally unawares.
Highlights included a huge grasshopper, a number of fragrant shrubs, a very bold crow and two very feisty male turkeys.
The early mornings are the best times to take a tabby on a walk (at least this tabby). We try to get out there before everyone starts waking up, because then Tabs can focus more on striking fantastic kitty modeling poses, and focus less on noisy distractions.
Just another productive day of kitty modeling. 🙂

I have something to confess. In public I claim that I’m not a cat person. I even go so far as to say that they’re mean, or they smell. But deep down on this inside, I’m just jealous… I’m insanely allergic to cats! Even if I hug a person who owns a cat I’ll start sneezing.
I’ve been thinking about getting allergy shots so that I can get rid of my allergy and finally get myself a feline friend. Has anyone gotten shots for cat allergies before, or does anyone have experience with “hypoallergenic” cat breeds?

I just started taking Elvis on walks. We are starting in the backyard and he eats everything in site. He’s going on a trip to Las Vegas and will be exploring the succulents out there!
