Good mornin’ and happy Caturday! ?
How cute are these flowers?? Aren’t they sweet? See the kitties? My friend Marisol sent them to me for the blog’s 10th birthday, and they’ve been brightening my days all week. 🙂
I hope your coffee is hot and breakfast is on. Just out of culinary curiosity…are there any delicious pancakes involved? I could really go for some pancakes right now… Maybe I’ll make some.
Please tell that me your to-do list is mercifully short today. It’s Saturday, after all. You deserve a day of rest!
My list is relatively short…for now. I’m embarking upon a very daunting eight-week spring cleaning project, so I got some large plastic bins from The Container Store for camera doo-dads and beauty products in my office.
They aren’t fancy, but hopefully they help.
As for choosing to do it for eight weeks — where did I get that number? Well, I started this thing back in January where I try to focus on one personal project at a time for eight weeks. In January, I decided to eat healthy for eight weeks, and I did it! So that’s the rationale.
Sure, I fell off the wagon a few times and had, like, a cupcake or a bite of ice cream, but I managed to meet my goal.
Doing the eight-week-blocks thing just seem to make big projects easier for me to handle.

Love those flowers! So sweet!
Clearly those genius collaborative works are with extroverts!
Love the bike helmet. Although without air vents it looks like a hot and sweaty mess.
The new Chanel polish colors are pretty, but I’ve given up on them. I bought Organdi when the new formula came out. Loved it. Just reapplied it and less than a year later, tightly capped it’s become a thick, uneven, globby mess. Sigh.

The flowers are so cute! I desperately need to do some cleaning.
I really liked the article on Sir John! Love that he stresses the important on working with different types of skin. So many makeup brands only cater to caucasian women, and it’s a bunch of bull.

Those flowers! They suit you to a T, Cat Lady 😀 Thank you so much for the mention. I feel like I’ve struck the lottery in a minor way 😀 <3

I think I need those Chanel nail polishes. I’m just going to buy the Chanel polishes I want from now on because I always regret abstaining and then I have to pay more for them on eBay.
Side note, Karen: it’s better to say Patronus rather than spirit animal. Here is why: https://studybreaks.com/2016/06/17/everyones-spirit-animal-should-be-cultural-sensitivity/

When I saw this bouquet on Instagram I was like: wait are these cat ears in there?? So cool!
Glad you liked my post about shower oils! Do you have a favorite?
