How Often Do You Wear Fragrance When You’re Just Chillin’ at Home?

I do it a lot, like when I’m just puttering around the house (scents can also be great sources of inspiration). I’ve even been known to spritz on a perfume or body splash to browse the web, LOL!

Today I wore Euphoria by Calvin Klein Eau de Toilette, $55.

I wear it all the time at home. It keeps me from feeling kind of blah.

I bought this mega-bottle of a scent that I really like (Marc Jacobs – Rain) on eBay a few months ago. Now I wear it often . . . sometimes I even spritz on a bit as I am going to bed – the scent makes me feel calmer and I like it. I wear scents because I like them, and I hope that others do, but because I wear them for me, I wear them whenever I feel like it 🙂

chloe eau de parfum is my daily scent. i always wear scent as a default, it’s just a part of my getting ready routine… chloe is a soapy, rosy, but not juvenile scent that transitions easily from tee shirt and jeans to romantic date. really versatile, although i would call this scent feminine but not sexy… for sexy i have rossy de palma eau de protection by etat libre de orange 🙂

Hi Karen! I can say that I’m in love with Euphoria, it’s my favorite perfume of all times. I’ve been buying this one again and again and it seems I can’t get enough of it. I would really like to have the all 4 Euphorias but unfortunately I have only this one and the blossom which I use it during Spring-Summer. 🙂

Spring Euphoria is my current favorite scent! Makes my bf go crazy!

I usually don’t spray on something when I’m home, but if I feel like it, I’ll use something cheaper or a scent I don’t really like. I like to “save” my perfumes for going out!

Fragrance is super important to me. I wear perfume or body spray all the time. I love expensive perfume, but I also love walmart body spray. If it smells good it doesn’t matter how much it costs.
Having said that ;0), I think I’ve found a new love, “Hanae Mori Butterfly” I got it as a sample in my last Sephora order. And I used it today and I havn’t been able to stop sniffing my wrist! It’s fruity and vanilla-y, but has bit of a spicy edge to keep it grown up and just a tad mysterious.

i love to spray or dab on perfume at home because I like to smell nice. I do it all everyday several times a day: morning, afternoon, night and right before I go to bed. i also put on perfume after a take a shower or bath. I have so many different bottles of perfume, I got to use it somehow and not have it sit around.

I think it’s more of a pick me up sort of thing. If I am feeling uninspired and kind of blah, a special perfume will help lift my spirits.

That, or if I’m trying to exude some sexiness around the home, I’ll spray and little here and there.

I’m a big believer in using scents to pick up the spirits so I’ll spray something on whenever I feel like it. I don’t wear perfume every day, but I don’t have to be going out to wear perfume either. I like to keep most of my fragrances light and close to the skin since strong smells often give me a headache, but I always like to spray a little on my decolletage so it wafts up to my nose. I especially love when a breeze picks up the scent in my hair too. My current favorites are VS Lace and L’Occitane Green Tea and Bergamot Tea.

I really like perfume but I only own about three.
One is really musky, one is light and sweet, and the other one is more baby powder… ish.
I like to wear perfume all the time because the fact that I smell good makes me happy.
I really like the scent of Sweet Pea from Bath and Body Works so I usually spray some of that Eau de Toilette stuff when I’m at home.
It’s too light for anywhere else besides home :]

I do…seriously. It’s in my morning routine. I wear fragrance when I don’t even wear makeup.
I can’t believe so many of you are missing the whole point of fragrance. It is NOT for EVERYBODY else, it’s for YOU (& those close to you). I’m of the opinion that nobody should smell your perfume except you & the people who have their nose buried in your neck. If anybody else can easily smell your fragrance, you have way too much on & those around you probably wish you wouldn’t wear any at all. Fragrance should be a personal whisper, not a public announcement.

I love perfume and wear it almost every day, no matter whether I’m going anywhere or not. I just love to smell good! My favorite for everyday is Bath by Bobbi Brown. It really does smell as if you’ve just stepped out of a nice bath or shower…clean and pretty.

Every now and then I’ll spritz the room as a nice pick me up, especially in winter. When days are drab and gray, I like the promise of summer that you get with a hit of Michael Kors Island. In fact, I’m going to do it now!

It’s just part of what I do when I get out of the shower. Towel off, deodorant, perfume, clothes. Plus I like the ritual of picking out which scent I feel like today. And it makes me feel grown. 🙂

I chose never, but the thing is that I actually don’t even think of perfumes when I’m at home (?). I often also forget to put it on when I go out 😀

Everyday, sometimes more than one scent – perfume, body lotion, scented spray for hair – yep, I’m one of those people.

I have a bunch of various perfumes on my dresser, along with tons of perfumed body washes, creams, and body sprays. I used to work for VIctoria’s Secret and at another major department store, and I recently started working for Clinique….SO as you can see I have racked up quite a bit. Plus my friends and family know I love fragrance so they often buy it for me…feeding my habit.

I recently started wearing a perfume from my collection every day for a month. It is part of my routine just like showering and brushing my teeth. A few spritzes on my way out the door for work (neck, decollatage, wrists). On the first day of a new month, I put that fragrance away and pull out another. I like doing this because it allows me to actually use up what I have, plus I can keep with the seasons (heavier, muskier ones for winter and light florals for spring/ summer). On weekends, if I’m just lounging or running errands I might wear a body splash from Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body works
