My Little Lion

November 12th, 2009 by Karen 21 Comments

Tabs paid a visit to the vet today. Yup, my little lion had some blood tests done (just making sure he’s healthy), and he was very well behaved. The ladies at the office nicknamed him Handsome. 🙂

Now he’s sporting a bald patch on his neck where he was shaved…

Wish my kitty could be well behaved at the vet, they nickname her demon.

He’s such a little poser isn’t he, so cute!

I’m glad he was a good boy and hopefully he’ll get a clean bill of health.

I’ve never seen blood taken from the chest. But I’m proud he was such a good boy. He is very handsome.. my girl kitties Duff and Maggie would love to date him! But they are spayed and told me what’s the point of dating after that. LOL

Awwwwwwwwwww, look at that face. He is Handsome.

For some reason, the bald spot suits him. It’s makes him look so cute!

Zena’s nicknames at the vet are Sweetheart and Queen Zena. Yes, she does actually have nicknames there. She’s that popular there. Everyone loves it when Zena comes to the vet, even though she hates it as it means a toenail clipping. Even the cat patients like her. Do you see what I deal with?

He is very handsome! When my handsome boy was getting blood tests done and had that same shave mark, I’d always kiss him there. So weird feeling their skin.

He is handsome and a bit of a poser isn’t he? LOL! My cat is a bit of a lion too, with her bushy facial hair and shaggy coat. When I first tool her home, I reenacted the lion king presentation of Simba scene.

He is so CUTE! Look at that face!

I miss my baby Belly, he hasn’t been around for 3 days. Tabs and Belly are both very handsome and I wish I could take him in as my cat. He likes to roam around way too much to be an indoor kitty.

Kissy, kissy. Is he not beautiful???? I just love his face. Animals for me are, how shall I say it??? Nicer than people. They are just who they are-giving unconditional love and sensitive to all of our moods and feelings. My little boy, Petey, the Cairn Terrier, loves to sit on top of the basket of dirty clothes which is next to the bathtub in the bathroom. He puts his darling foxy nose into that funk and keeps an eye on mom. I just love him to death and if there are no pets in heaven, then I will be going to that hot place. I’ll see you there. . . .

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
