I thought Jordana, wow, you’re branching out to the smaller (aka) cheapie brands… I was excited to read your observations about them!

Will you be swatching and or reviewing them in another post?

I actually don’t mind Jordana, sometimes it’s good to branch out to cheaper brands. Their waterproof black eyeliner is my HG pencil, as it’s the only thing that will stay in my waterline. Yep, agree, swatches would be lovely. 🙂

Same here — I’m looking forward to a review. 🙂
The medium brown – tan duo looks matte! Do my eyes deceive me?
    *sigh* I love mattes!

Have you ever tried the Urban Decay Matte eyeshadows? I think they must be reformulating them because some shades were mega cheap on the website a little while ago. I’d never tried them but I bought the color “electric” and god is it wonderful! Amazing pigment, texture, and it lasts seriously, longer than any powder I’ve ever tried before without fading or creasing, even on my super oily eyelids. Most powders, even with my HG Too Faced primer, dont usually stand a chance. In longevity, I’d compare it to a long lasting cream shadow. I’m hoping the other colors (or whats left for now!) are as awesome!

    Happy Monday :).

My goodness! Jordana makes me think of 6th grade; I used to LOVE their clear closs with brown lip liner lol–ah, the 90’s.

I LOVE Jordana products!! I love their felt eyeliner (found at Walgreens) it cost under $3 and works better than even the other cheap drugstore ones that are $5 and up!!! I don’t know how many of them I have purchased but when I do I get like 2 or more at a time because I think people are catching on! Every time the store get more in stock, they go SO FAST!!!!

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
