OMG LOVE the packaging! I think I might buy that eye pencil just because its four sided- so cool! But also, the shiny, subtle plaid design. Very well done, Burberry. Very well done indeed.

Gorgeous, just absolutely gorgeous. But I need more details please! When is it officially released? Where will it be released?

Is it all Nordstrom stores or just a select few? I saw some more on burberry.com – do you think these will be in Burberry stores too? Thanks!

I called my Burberry store and the SA said that the collection will only be available at select Nordstroms right now, but hopefully if the line does well it will be rolled out to all Nordstroms. It won’t be in Burberry stores at all.

    The Burberry line is amazing!!!
It is exclusive to Nordstrom and will be in 5 locations in the US. Nordstrom San Francisco Centre is having an exclusive launch party for Burberry Color. If you’re interested in attending it will be on July 13th from 2-6:30pm for makeup consultations. We can also ship any products to you and send you color swatches of any colors. Please email me or call me if you have any questions about Burberry or if you’d like to attend the launch party. -Kristy Hoffman Burberry Business Manager, Nordstrom SF Centre 415.243.8500 x1917 or via email kristy.hoffman@nordstrom.com

I love the classic and elegant packaging and look of the products. I like a classic polished look and this looks like it fits the bill. Prices are comparable to other luxury brands so I’m excoted to try it!

Hmmm-nice packaging, but $42 for a blush?? It better be on par with Nars blushes for that price!

I encourage you all to use burberry. I am a makeup artist and I only use burberry products for the day and MAC for the night. Of course MAC helps you achieve something more dramatic…but Burberry…oh they are so perfect for the day, they feel so soft and smooth. They are a bit pricey but it’s worth it. Trust me!

I love the make up. My complexion (I’m 41) has never looked better. The packaging is gorgeous, but it’s an environmental disaster. Plus, I’d rather pay 30-40% less for their amazing make up but in less costly packaging. Foundations are bulky for travel. The make up, however, is perfect. I spend $500+ on 14 pieces and I hope they last a long time. Very effective – you only need a drop or one layer.

About Makeup and Beauty Blog

Welcome to Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi there! I’m Karen, your friendly neighborhood beauty addict, and I’m a Bay Area girl who hoards brown eyeshadow and covets coral lipstick. Every morning, I wake up and say, “I’m going to do something other than a smoky eye today.” Then…I end up doing a smoky eye anyway (most days). When I’m not putting on makeup, taking pictures of makeup or writing about makeup, which I’ve been doing daily since 2007 (!), you’ll find me hanging out with my hubby (“El Hub”), my four-year-old daughter (Connor Claire) and my torbie girl cat (Pretty Girl Rosie, a.k.a. PGR).
