Oh, Tarte, now you’re making me blush! Let’s start this last day of the workweek with a look at the entire line of Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes ($25 each), available now at Sephora stores and online.

I reviewed these a while back, and (long story short) I think they’re AWESOME!

Adrianne Palicki is Wonder WomanIntroducing another super Amazonian…

And this one goes by the name of Wonder Woman! According to MTV, actress Adrianne Palicki (Friday Night Lights, Legion, Lone Star) has been cast as Wonder Woman in David E. Kelley’s new TV pilot for NBC. At 5-foot-11, the 27-year-old must have towered over her competition for the role!

See anything you like? I’m crushing hard on Blissful and Exposed…

TGIF!

How was your Thursday night, young lady? I’m sorry to report that I spent most of mine clutching my stomach in pain, thank you very much. I think I must have gotten food poisoning from something yesterday because I spent most of the evening on the couch with a glass of ginger ale. On the positive side, I was able to catch up on some of my reality TV guilty pleasures — Jersey Shore, Top Chef and Real Housewives, yay! 🙂

I even managed to do something productive, too, by checking out a few pieces from the new bareMinerals Skincare Line launching next month.

If you’d like to hear more about the upcoming cleansers, moisturizers and treatments in the line, holla at me in the comments.

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

Looks like I’m going to have to cruise down to Novato one of these days and check these out at Sephora. Tipsy looks amazing!

Sorry about the food poisoning. Been there, done that, many times!

How fun was the first half of Top Chef? Cookie Monster!!!!!

Hopefully if you come down this way the weather will be better. 🙂

I was totally drooling over Dale’s sweet/salty cookie. NOM NOM! And wasn’t the finale shocking?

What are you up to this weekend?

It has been a fantastic spring for Tarte. I hope you give these a go! They last a really long time and are super pigmented.

Oh, I like Exposed very much! I haven’t seen Friday Night Lights, Legion or Lone Star but Adrianne definitely looks like WW to me! 🙂 I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that series won’t go the way of the Terminator and the Bionic Woman.

That’s awful about your tummy. I know a girl who had food poisoning and lost 15 lbs in 3 days. I seriously considered eating what she had as a diet option! 🙂 Kidding. I’d probably throw up for 3 days and gain a pound, just as a cosmic lesson.

I think she’s a much better choice to fill Lynda Carter’s red boots than Megan Fox…but what do I know?

The last time I have used Tarte blush was there pushup tint stains – that’s still my favorite as far as a tint stain. I’ll have to check this new item out as I am curious.

Okay, I don’t know how much longer I can take of the Situation – he’s a hater, especially when Vinny brings a girl home and he doesn’t!

As much as Dale is a d*ck sometimes – I do root for him and his Filipino roots! =)

Happy Friday 🙂 I hope you will feel better. Food poisoning is difficult to deal with – and it’s even more difficult to find out what exactly caused it in the first place.

Rest and take care. Have an awesome weekend Karen!

P/s – I’m really tempted by these Tarte blushes, I recently discovered MAC 168 brush which is like a makeup-artist-in-a-brush 😉

I’m terribly sorry to hear about the food poisoning. I had a go with it last week, as well. Bloody dreadful… I hope you feel better soon. 🙂
I’ve been debating adding one of these blushes to my arsenal. Your post sealed the deal!
Thank you for these. Now, I just have to narrow it down from the five that I fancy to two.

I am loving Tipsy to go with all the peaches of spring and summer, but I’d probably use up more product by getting my all-rounders of pink in Exposed and Blissful.

Does anyone understand why Blushing Bride looks like that, purple? I would guess it would be more neutral than that… just me?
