NARS Summer 2015: Christopher Kane for NARS Collection [VIDEO]

Published in: Collections, NARS, Video

Alien astronomers scanning our solar system with their interstellar radio telescopes from their galaxy far, far away will see the Earth glimmering like a pulsar when the new NARS Summer 2015 Christopher Kane for NARS collection materializes on counters April 15.

Because the release is hella glitter-ful, and yes, I just made up that word.

But this is good glitter we’re talking about — captivating, sparkly and complex. Sandwich it between the neon brights and soft nudes in the collection, and you get the new Christopher Kane for NARS.

To followup on last week’s pre-release review, here’s a video in which I ramble on nonsensically talk a little bit more about the collection and the pieces I like best.

The collection arrives April 15 (also known as tax day), at NARS boutiques and narscosmetics.com, and May 1 at department stores, specialty stores and Sephora.

As always, thank you for watching! I hope you’re having a great Monday.

Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,

Karen

Awesome review – thanks Karen! Not sure if I’ll be getting anything from it though, but it’s super tempting.

I’d loooove to try out Outer Limits! I need a rose gold color in my life. Of all the eye shadows I have, I somehow don’t own a shade like that!

I really like the eyeshadow duo but I’m not sure I will pick it up. I’m kind of scared of all the fallout.

  5. LOL, that intro! 😀 You even got the music and errrthang, hahaha. I don’t think I want to deal with the glitter fall-out of the eyeshadows to be honest. Most days I just can’t be bothered, ya know. The blushes look nice though. Starscape looks pretty on you. And from the lip glosses I like Nebulous best. Good to know to wear off into a stain and that they’re not drying.

But I guess the collection isn’t for me, too much glitter fallout risk. And thanks for calling a dude in his early 30ies young!
