Man, some of the neighbors around here have no respect for authority. Everyone knows that Tabs is the head honcho. He’s the CFO (Chief Feline Officer), for meowing out loud!
Like the local turkey troupe? They’re always monopolizing the corporate salad bar. Tabs wanted to grab a quick bite before he started some intense kitty modeling negotiations today with Dior, but he couldn’t because of these guys…
The nerve!
There was just a lot of unsanctioned outside activity. Everyone should know by now that the golden hour first thing in the morning is when Tabs likes to take his walk, so there shouldn’t have been any unsanctioned horseplay or activity.
This guy even had the unmitigated gall to dig a big hole right next to Tabs!
Can you even imagine? Some gophers are so disrespectful… 🙂
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

Those wild turkeys are so cute, we don’t have those in England. The only turkey I see is part of my Christmas dinner! Trying to think which is the biggest wild bird I do see, probably the red kites that we have in abundance in my area. Tabs is looking very soft and cuddly in these pics, just right for snuggling with!

Love following Tabs adventures! Thanks for sharing them with us. 🙂

Oooh Karen! You and Tabs are so lucky to have all the wildlife around you! We only see birds in our new place, sometimes when walking by the river we see a dolphin or seal, but that’s rare.
Those critters should definitely learn some respect for authority!

I saw a young deer yesterday. It decided to race my car. Thankfully it stayed off the road. It was so pretty. One of my neighbors has peacocks that are just mesmerizing.
We have Turkey buzzards and they are the ugliest things ever created. Tabs would run and hide if he saw them!

We have those Wild Turkeys in NJ–they are nasty and aggressive. How dare they interfere with Tabs early morning inspections!
They need to be reminded that Thanksgiving will be here before they know it!
