I tell you what — I’d have a BIG reason to celebrate if Lush ever decided to make limited edition Celebrate Hand and Body Lotion permanent, because it’s the absolute best scent I’ve ever sniffed from them, hands down.
Citrusy and fresh, like a walk through a grove of blossoming orange trees (or the aroma wafting from a mimosa on Sunday morning), I can’t even begin to describe just how yummy this smells to me… I wish there was a scratch-and-sniff plugin for computer screens.
Oh, and it’s insanely good for dry skin! The shredded carrot cuticles on my toes (sorry, TMI, I know!) disappeared when I started using it on the regular.
Being so rich and decadent, Celebrate does leave behind a slightly greasy feel, but for me the scent and how good it makes my skin feel more than make up for it.
If your skin needs heavy-duty hydration, this is the stuff. 🙂
I just might cry the day I hit the bottom of this tub. Oh, if only it were permanent…
Moisture for days, I tell ya!

I love Lush. Te Lovely Jubblies lotion (yeah, that name is…something) is some of the best-smelling stuff around.

I love Lush! Haven’t tried (or even seen) this lotion yet though. I’ll have to change that 🙂

I love this product! I hope it becomes permanent, bring it out again for holiday next year, or Lush at least put it in their retro collection online! Fingers Crossed!

This sounds lovely! There is a Lush department within the Macys near my work, but I’ve never been there. Must remedy that soon. I’ve also heard good things about their bath bombs. Thinking of getting some of those too b/c I’ll finally have a decent size bathtub in the new house.

I NEED hydration. I’ve currently got some of the lotions from Kiehl’s, Shea Butter from L’Occitane and others from Laura Mercier, but nothing is really helping my dry skin (or my 14 month old’s, for that matter). Hopefully this might help! Just can’t go to Washington Square for this though…I’ll end up having to hit the Cheesecake Factory too.

I have never tried this but the way you describe it makes me think of Origins Spring Fever scent. My fave was the body souffle and I would describe it the same way as this. Too bad they discontinued the scent – will have to head to Lush to try to grab some of this before it is gone!

Ok, I really need this, sounds amazing! Speaking of LE Lush, I am absolutely in love with their Rose Jam shower gel, which is also LE, so I need to pick up one more big bottle.

Sounds divine! I like how they tell you who made it – it’s a nice touch. I did laugh at your “in case you don’t know how to use lotion” caption. HAHA!
On a side note, our office got a box full of Trader Joe treats and I’m snacking on some Inner Peas right now. I’m trying to convince myself that I still have to go out for my lunch jog, even though our high today is 16, with a real feel of FIVE DEGREES. It’s windy and I’m dreading this. I hope I can stay strong because I won’t have time for any kind of workout tonight. 🙁

Lush products smell so delicious! Winter brings dry skin so it’s time to stock up on great hydrating products. Getting a massage regularly during winter months helps, too!
