Happy almost-Friday! 🙂 Thought you might like to take a quick look at the new Sonia Kashuk Lip Quad in Bronzey Corals ($12.99), the second of three new SK lip quads launched for spring (Beautiful Berries is one of the others).
Bronzey Corals
What do you think of these colors?
“The quad comes with two unscented, unflavored lipsticks and two glosses. I was surprised not to find a flavor or scent, considering the … theme, but I figure Sonia felt it was better to be safe than sorry about adding an artificial scent. The non-drying lipsticks, which last about three hours on my lips, feel soft, creamy and non-sticky. The glosses last just about an hour.”
-From The Sonia Kashuk Beautiful Berries Lip Quad Is a Drugstore Myrrh-acle
I’m usually too lazy to use my lip brush with lip products, even though I know it helps , but I’m giving these all the help they deserve. I just like them that much. Bronzey Corals’ lipsticks and glosses feel just as comfy as the ones in the Beautiful Berries Set, and they’re wonderfully pigmented too.
I bet they’ll look especially cute with teal, bronze, gold and peach eye looks this spring and summer. 🙂

I gotta say, I love the colors, not sure if I can pull off bronze, but I do love corals.
Karen says
Me too. I go weak in the knees for corals. 🙂

I love all your drugstore makeup reviews! These lip colors look absolutely goh-geous!
Karen says
Thanks, Lauren. What are your favorite drugstore makeup brands?

Jessi (Lacquered, Painted, Polished) says
I think I’m liking the Beautiful Berries palette better just because I will be able to wear all of the colors (I’m super pale and bronzes look weird on me). But those two coral colors might just make this palette worth it. And thank you Karen for the brush recommendation from the other post!
Karen says
You’re welcome, Jessi! I’m so glad you like the brush. 🙂 Sonia’s got a lot of good ones in her line.

CORALS!!!!!! Yep, I’m going to Target next week when the weather clears up!

These are gorgeous Karen! They look eerily similar to the Berries quad though… but still so pretty. 😀 Do you have any tips for exfoliating the lips for those who have chapped kissers (i.e. me)?
Kim says
The Berries would definitely suit me better, but they all look good on you (of course!). 🙂 Hurray for Friday, for me. Two more hours and that’s it for my work-week!
