I think I have somewhat of a low threshhold too so I dunno. I use to compete, back in highschool. When I was drinking it beforehand El Hub asked me what I was sippin' on and I told him it was Vitamin C, and he went on and on about how Vitamin C is a great pre-workout drink because it does affect your energy levels.
