Yah! I was surprised. At first I thought it wasn’t anything special but after you pack it on you can really see it’s there.

I was thinking the other day that colored lashes are a throwback to the 80s. I remember my friend’s older sister wearing colored mascara and thinking it was the coolest thing, ever (I was eight).
