As you know, I’m a big fan of Tarte’s LCL, so I’ll probably try this out at some point, but right now I’m so enamored of Exceptionnel that it’ll be a while before I buy another mascara!

Mascara brands always do that.. they claim something that’s exagerrated. Only gals born naturallly long, curled and thick lashes would enhance..

However, as time goes on, I’m liking this more and more. This is for natural look if under three coats. It’s also about techniques.

Hey Karen, Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog! I do hope you try the soup. It's seriously the easiest thing on earth to make, and I am NOT a cook by any definition.
