Wearing L’Oreal Infallible Le Gloss 8HR in Dazzle Me ($9.99) from the new limited edition Diamonds holiday collection
If…
…you feel incomplete unless your makeup bag is bursting with glitter (too much shimmer? NEVER!), or…
…you’re just in the mood to celebrate the season with some affordable bling…
…then you won’t want to miss the shimmery Infallible Le Gloss 8HR lipgloss shades in L’Oreal’s new limited edition Diamond holiday collection ($9.99 each).
The five glittery glosses range from sheer to opaque, so no matter what level of lipgloss coverage I’m craving, I know I can get my fix on here (incidental update: I still haven’t found my perfect holiday sweater, but I’m still looking!).
Silvery white All Iced Out, pinkish violet To Be Treasured and yellow golden Something Shiny sprinkle a soft dusting of sheer, cool-toned color, while opaque fuchsia Dazzle Me and rich red Sparkle Frenzy flash like bright Christmas lights.

Sparkle Frenzy

Something Shiny

To Be Treasured

All Iced Out
All five glosses feel thick and sticky, and depending on how many eggnogs and Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate stars I’m knocking back, last from 5-7 hours on my lips.
Oh, and maybe it’s because I’ve been sitting beside my Christmas tree a lot this week, but I swear these taste and smell like peppermint and pine trees. It’s mildly herbal and not exactly my cup of tea, but thankfully, like Santa in the living room on Christmas Eve, the flavor and scent vanish quickly.
Affordable, shiny and glittery, but not at all gritty? That’s a win! I like ‘em all, but I love rich red Sparkle Frenzy. It feels the most festive to me and looks like it could cost $30.
PRICE: $9.99 each
AVAILABILITY: Available now at drugstores

I might be the only person within 1,000 miles who finds this exciting…

Can you see the tiny tabby cat on the tin in the lower left-hand corner?
It’s a limited edition Sleepytime Herb Tea tin! El Hub brought it home from Safeway last week because he knows how much I like Sleepytime…and tiny tins and boxes.
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

Eeeks–these are SO pretty! Especially paired with that gorgeous smoky eye!!

Ha! That Sleepytime tin is perfect for you
I absolutely LOVED this eye look, so it’s great to see it with a range of different lip colours. (I have my eye on Sparkle Frenzy, of course — nothing’s as satisfying as finding a really pigmented red gloss at the drugstore!)

I love the gloss and the tea tin! Will have to keep an eye out for both!
The gloss looks cool and I love the Sleepytime tin! Great tea and great natural remedy for sleeplessness. You look amazing as always – love the red gloss on you!
Haha, pine trees? Wow! That’s definitely interesting for a lip gloss!
I like Sparkle Frenzy the most because it looks saturated and is a great holiday shade. All of these colours look good on you, but I think Sparkle Frenzy has some punch to it.

I like Dazzle Me and Sparkle Frenzy the most, but you look great with all of them! I’m a big fan of Sleepytime as well (though I can’t have the strong version. Valerian can easily put me to sleep for 12 hours), and I adore the illustration on the box! This tin IS exciting!

I always liked shades like Something Shiny. These gold shimmer glosses look great on any shade of lipstick. Atleast they work for me.
I also like Sparkle Frenzy, such a nice shade of red.

OMG! I got my limited edition tin yesterday too! Totally freaked out so cute!
I love a good drugstore find! I’m getting a few of these. One for every purse, my work space, social areas in my love nest…and my vanity I guess.
Sparkle Frenzy looks like a high end gloss. I’m getting at least two of those for touch ups. There’s a lot of Christmas parties to attend!
I own Sparkle Frenzy and it became a Holy Grail product from the first time I put it on! Love it!

PS: Mr. Renner was so cute in the recent SNL episode
. That must have made your day!
Karen, these look great on you, and you are so photogenic. I also like that you do different
poses, not always the same old shots.
Thank you, I love your blog!
