Yes, that's a great way to work into running. If you're just starting out, you can alternate doing a 1 minute run, 7 minute walk and then work your way up from there. I only started running 5 years ago; but, I run 5 days a week religiously. I've completed a marathon and have done a bunch of races. I know it's possible to start from nowhere and become a "runner". Out of every new mac colletion i can buy one item guilt free.. the rest the guily applies!!!Hope your week is going good Karen and yes... im also so happy to see the back of Jay but wanna bet 1/2 way through next season he makes a re-apperabnce like Justin bobby?
