–New airplane liquid laws + dry airplane air = majorly dry skin! Little bottles of refreshing toners are nice, but a super cheap way to stay hydrated is little sample packs of moisturizer! Everyone knows that on many beauty websites and in many department stores, you can choose several beauty samples. On your next beauty haul, choose the moisturizer! You can save them up for your next airplane flight to stay awake and refreshed, without have to spend money on those little travel sized bottles of moisturizer.

–The liquid laws can also wreak havoc on your beauty routine if you love liquids; meanwhile, if you love powders, those tend to break up in luggage during flights… I have lost too many good eyeshadows that way! The best solution are creams! You can get cream-to-powder foundations, cream eyeshadows, cream blushes, cream eyeliners, cream EVERYTHING! These don’t count as a liquid, but they also won’t break up into little pieces in your luggage!

–A final tip: please don’t put on a full face while sitting between or beside several other people. If necessary, go into the bathroom. No one wants to watch you cover up your dark circles! And ESPECIALLY DO NOT apply perfume! The nice fellow sitting next to you would rather not smell like floral citrus the whole day! It’s just common courtesy.
