Wow, brows have come a long way, baby. Back when I was in high school, no one ever tweezed, waxed or filled in. We just walked around with naturally big, bushy eyebrows and never gave it a second thought. Oh, gawd, my senior pictures…
Today we have more doodads and products to make ’em look better, which is cool because my untamed brows should never again see the light of day. 🙂

Thanks for an awesome, easy way to do brows! Ive been using MAC Espresso but Concrete look better. Ive read some people use Cork as well.
I think it might be time for me to upgrade to the MAC 266. Ive been using a Sephora angled brow brush that ive had for maybe 2 years – and while it still works, I feel like the bristles are less compact and firm and some of the shadow kinda splatters around my brow.
CCO. Must find. 266. 😀
How did your Friday evening go?

Hi Nina!
I like some of Sephora’s brushes. I want to give that one a try. My Friday’s been pretty good so far. I can’t complain. 🙂 I just took Tabs out for his walk, and he was very interested in the yard next door where a couple of dogs live. He sniffed every bush and tree stump he could reach.
No plans for me tonight. How about you? Right now I’m watching the latest Project Runway online. Yup, Mrs. excitement over here!

After I put the groceries away, I slapped on some Palmer’s Coconut treatment thing-o on my head and watched The Food Network for a bit.
Then I read for a bit and drifted off to dreamland. Mrs. Excitement #2 reporting here!
The thing w/ that Sephora brush is I think they changed it up a bit when they changed the design of their brushes …. I checked it out @ Sephora because I wanted to get either a back up or a replacement and the brush seemed softer. I might be wrong though. 😀

I thought you were making this up until I googled it. Then I saw Madonna’s Who’s That Girl. Apparently, bushy eyebrows were a thing of the 80’s.

So so true! I’m still so incredibly happy that I finally got my brows done for the first time in December. Took me a long time to do so but well worth it. I’ll definitely try the tilting my head back-trick.
And you’ll never guess: I’m stuck in Sweden at the moment. Volcanoes aren’t exactly one of my favourite things right now…

Karen I’m afraid I’m going to have to see a picture of those 80s brows of yours.
