Oooh, where are you guys going? Do you have your outfit planned yet?

      • Karen B says:

We’re out to see Alice in Wonderland, maybe a drink or two afterwards. Not too late as I have to go to work the day after.
I’m contemplating on a couple of outfits. I think it’ll be my purple-pink Comptoir des Cotonniers tunic dress with dark green leggings and my boots.

I just got back from watching that movie… should be a good one for your date! 🙂

Your outfit sounds cute! Ultimately I think you should pick whatever makes you makes you feel pretty AND comfortable. But I like the idea of the purplish pink dress with boots (sassy!).

  4. Meg says:

  11. Tiffany says:

Adorable vid, Karen! I have this from when it came out last time (was it Barbie?) and I loove it, although I kinda forgot about it until recently. I grabbed the other beauty powder from this collection since I don’t have that shade yet 🙂

    • Karen says:

It came out last summer with Nordie’s Look in a Box! BTW, I have both those Barbie Beauty Powders too (Pearl Sunshine and Pearl Blossom), and still I loooove ’em. 🙂

      How’s your Saturday going?

      • Tiffany says:

Hmm, I def didn’t get it last year… Ok, I looked it up and it came out with Sundressing, which was like forever ago. No wonder I forgot about it, lol! I have both from Barbie and both from Sundressing. I feel like the pearly beauty powders are one of the best products ever, I wish they would release new colors!!!

My Saturday is ok – just lazing around. Just picked out an outfit for my dinner party thing tonight. How’s your day going?

      • Karen says:

Mine went well. I managed to do a lot of relaxing in the afternoon… I worked out (ran the slowest two miles ever), then I did a bunch of girl stuff: exfoliated, hair masque, waxed the ‘stache… the whole nine yards! Ooh, it felt so good.

How was the dinner? Hope you got to sit next to your friends!

        • Tiffany says:

Ooh I love time for girlie stuff! The dinner was ok… And we got there early and claimed a table so we could all sit together so that worked out well.

  12. Marina says:

    Hi Karen!
Like the idea of mixing it with foundation. I should try it one day.

      • Nina says:

Why yes I can, Ms. Karen!!! 😉

Hubby thinks ive gone flower crazy because I told him I was going to Target early tomorrow to check the Liberty of London line.

They have this cutest bicycle ever … swoons….

      • Karen says:

Am currently plotting to do the same! I’m going to go to mall with the guise of hitting up Starbucks; while I’m there I’ll just “happen” to pop into Tar-ghay!

  15. Arianne says:

GAH! I already have two Shell Pearls (I think I’m about to hit pan on the one I got last summer), and this makes me want to get one or two more! It’s my go-to blush and now I have new ways to play with it . . . and these’ll make it go that much faster! Augh!!

Thanks for including the blooper . . . I make those ALL OF THE TIME, but in front of a classroom full of teenagers. Thank goodness they usually know what I am trying to say, and help me finish my thoughts. But I definitely make those faces in front of them, usually at least once or twice a day.

    Have a wonderful Saturday!

  19. Rica says:
