I just went back and read your Reviews from Oct,2, 2007 to see what you thought about the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream and so I read the rest of your reviews for that day! LMAO about what you said about snipping off the tubes from some products and replacing the tops to make use of the entire product! Girl, I thought I was the only person in the world who did that! Anyway, I just wanted to say that I am a bit older than you, and probably a lot of your other readers, so I just want to vouch for the Micro-Sculpting cream. I tried a small sample jar of this when it was first introduced. It actually made my skin look and feel a lot firmer while I was using it; in fact, there seemed to be much less sagging than with the higher-end creams and serums that I had used in the past! Unforunately, my family has suffered from severe financial setbacks in the past year, due to illness, so I was unable to buy any more of the product.*sad* But, believe me, if things ever DO get turned back around here, the first thing I plan to buy for myself is a full-size, fresh, new jar of this wonderful stuff. As Olay says, it’s not surgical results, but it’s the closest thing to it that I’ve found in a jar. Keep up all the great reviews; they are a high point of my day! Love the way you write!

I think Complete is a staple for many girls/women, including myself. Eventhough i have oily skin i use it during cold winterdays, nothing makes my skin look more radiant
I wanted to try one of their serums…now that i’m thinking about it, why haven’t i bought one yet?? lol
Heard the microdermabrasion kit was pretty awesome too, too bad they dont sell them over here :/

And thank you for the link, eventhough i don’t completely trust Paula Begoun’s advice, it is helpfull.

Karen…I love your blog. I am a new subscriber and look forward to each entry. As far as Olay goes, I can still remember when I was a little girl and would lust after my mother’s Oil Of Olay bottle on her vanity table. Back then it was a simple (but heavy!) glass bottle with a little tiny label…I’m glad it is still around today. I love their products.

Karen…oops…I forgot to add I totally agreed with your review of Olay Quench Mousse…I, too, need super strong moisturizers for my skin and I thought this would be too lightweight but it did exactly as you said. I love this stuff and to make it even better, I got it at my local Walgreens in the clearance bin for $2.00 (and I had a $1.00 coupon) so it was an amazing deal as well!
