Speaking of which, I'm new to foundation and was wondering what you would recommend for a light, natural but polished look. I'm 14, and Bare Minerals Matte isn't my thing, so I'm thinking about trying the regular Bare Minerals but was wondering if there were better foundations out there that I should also consider. Makeup's not a daily thing for me, but I'd like to have the basics since there are a growing number of events on my calendar that are starting to require it. Thanks so much! I love doing volunteer work... it feels so good helping other people. :) My turkey day was mellow. The boy and I drove out to my parent's house, which is about an hour away. We gorged on turkey and carbs... and I ate four pieces of pecan pie. Oops! After that we just chilled with my fam. I won't be seeing them for Christmas this year so it was nice to spend some time with them. That sounds like fun. I love doing volunteer work… it feels so good helping other people. :)

Hubby is British, neither parent is American, so we didn't really do Thanksgiving dinner growing up, and I don't now. But I do try to volunteer every year so I'm not too un-American :).
