Reason #1,645 that Tabs is the best cat I’ll ever have the privilege of assisting: his kindness. He’s all about sharing, and I see it in even the little things he does, like allowing the baby to occasionally wear his favorite orange bow.
What a sweet ? boy. Tabs loves a statement bow, especially bright ones that catch your eye like this one!
I mean, originally, it belonged to Connor (I got it from Target), but somewhere along the way Tabs claimed it as his own, and you know how it goes… You just can’t refuse your cat’s whims. I guess the Cat Ladies of Casa MBB are softies like that. 🙂
Anyway, Tabs is semi-retired at this point in his kitty modeling career, but once in a while I’ll be lucky enough to catch him striking one of his signature Tabs poses and serving up something fierce.
Does your kitty companion ever let you dress him or her up in snazzy accessories? What’s their current favorite thing to wear?

Karen

I don’t know who wore it better! They both look amazing!
I tried to put bowties on Quincy and Jiji for my wedding but it was not a success. I also put antlers on Quincy once to turn him into a jackalope and he was so sad.

Even without claws, my cats would rip my face off if I tried to put anything on them. I know this from experience with “collar” attempts. They are definitely nudists. HAHA!
Tabs and Connor both look stunning with that bow. 🙂

This is beyond adorable! I love that there is a story about your cats favorite bow and that he occasionally shares. lol! I have two cats and only one will tolerate the outfits that I bring home for them to wear. HA!

Tabs certainly rocks the hell out of that bow – his modelling skills are second to none.
We did put a red Christmas jacket on Odin once but it was a bit tight for his manly shoulders and his Viking sensibilities rebelled against the whole Christmas thing…Freya has worn a pink faux feather circlet round her neck at one point.
Our previous Siamese (Nefertari – it means ‘Beloved Companion’ after Rameses II’s queen) frequently wore a raspberry and skyblue cape that I knitted for her. She really enjoyed it.
