My darlings,
A very happy Easter to you. May your tum be filled with gravy, your basket be filled with treats and your heart be filled with love.
Today is a special day for reflection, renewal and hope, and my hope for you is that you have a joyous and prosperous spring.
The start of spring is a purr-fect time to reflect on the year so far and to look ahead. What has gone well for me? What could have gone better? Have I been as professionally dominating in my kitty modeling exploits as I need to be to remain on top of the kitty modeling cat tower, or is there room for improvement?
Here are five things you can do now to start your spring on the right paw.
1. Treat yourself to a spa day
I am a firm believer in treating yourself to a day of pampering at least once purr quarter.
2. Volunteer for a good cause
It’s important to give back, and this year I’ll be volunteering my time and graciously giving my impecable fashion and beauty advice to shoppers as a personal stylist at Nordstrom. Call now for reservations.
3. Get something for someone special in your life
After a rocky start, the new employee and I are getting along swimmingly. She’s a sweetheart, although her petting technique still leaves a lot to be desired.
As a token of my appreciation, I got her this yellow Easter dress.
4. Read an inspirational book
Replenish your reservoir of positive energy within the pages of an inspiring book.
5. List your spring goals
The year has only just begun, so set your sights on greatness!
Happy Easter,
Tabs

Glad to see you’re getting along well with the new recruit Tabs! That dress you got for her is gorgeous. What great taste you have in infant fashion!

Good choice with the dress! But of course we already knew you had great taste. Yellow really is her color. But yes, the petting definitely needs some more work.

I was born a few weeks before Easter too, and I think my mom still has my little Easter dress somewhere! She’s an absolute darling, and Tabs is so good with her! I’d love to get fashion advice from him, that bowtie is splendid.

Looking good, Tabs! So happy you and the newbie are getting along well! I want to learn Portuguese, too! But I’m currently learning Arabic and it’s hard. Maybe I should switch. I may call you for the shopping assistance. And btw, you are rocking that purple plaid bow tie!

I just read “The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up” and talk about an inspirational book! I’m not sure if I can adopt this lifestyle fully, but I’m happy for the motivation it has given me for spring cleaning!
