So…what is the Monday Poll?
Well, it isn’t exactly a poll. It’s more of a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random list of questions I’ve been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the past 10 (!) years. (It’s like a kickstart for your brain.) I’ve always enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I hope you enjoy reading mine.?
1. Are you a cool girl?
Most certainly not!
2. What’s the most you’ve ever spent on a hair styling tool?
I threw down 200 bucks on a T3 back in the day. It was around the time they first came out, and I was blow-drying my hair almost daily at the time. That thing dramatically cut down on the time I spent in the bathroom.
It’s been about a decade since I bought it, and it’s still going strong. It was a good value.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Pretty well, I think! I did bright Kool-Aid red streaks a few times years ago, and it was fun. It was hard to keep up with, though, because the color basically wanted to drain outta my hair every time I washed it.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I leave it alone as long as I can. Then, when it’s ripe, I secretly pop it in the bathroom in the middle of the night…
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My friend Alis, of course. It would be terrifying, but if anyone could pull it off, it would be her.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Sh*t. I think I’d have a better chance of surviving The Hunger Games, to be honest.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
My UC Davis student ID (which also doubled as my bus pass), the keys to the apartment I shared with roommates who I never talked to again after graduation, a bottle of Estée Lauder Pleasures perfume, a tube of MAC Paramount Lipstick, my CD player (complete with Missy Elliott CD), my wallet (which probably had paycheck stubs from the three jobs I held simultaneously at the time — foreign language teaching assistant, on-campus receptionist, human guinea pig for psychology experiments) and a mint green Sakura Gelly Roll Pen.
You know what my mantra has been lately? For every problem, there’s always a solution. Remember that you can handle whatever comes your way!
Your friendly neighborhood beauty addict,
Karen

Katie says
1. Are you a cool girl?
I don’t think so, but some people say I am! I don’t think so, though.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
For Christmas, I got a Harry Josh marcel curling iron and it’s fantastic!
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I’ve been dying my hair various red shades since sophomore year of high school, so about six years now! So I think I pull it off pretty well, people often think it’s my natural hair color!
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I’ll try to leave it alone but eventually, I’ll give in to temptation!
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
I can’t even imagine…
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
I don’t think I’d survive a minute in the Hunger Games, so definitely the Bachelor! I’d grab a drink and sit back, and enjoy the drama.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
I’m 21, so I was only born in early 1996! So I guess my blankie!
Stephanie Smith says
1. Are you a cool girl? HA! No! I’m a fun girl.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? I have no clue, I don’t use a lot of styling tools. Everything I have I bought at Target or Sally’s.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? I was a box redhead for three years, from 16-19. I’m 42 now. Loved it. Red fades really quickly. It was fun.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? I pop that sucker!
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? Myself, then I would only have myself to blame.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? The Hunger Games, I probably wouldn’t last that long, but The Bachelor grosses me out so badly that I’d rather die than compete for a crappy dude.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? I think I had a little silver backpack. Let’s see, I was married for a year and working as a receptionist. I probably had a lipstick, nail file, 12 pens, 4 packs of gum, a hair claw, keys, my wallet with that photo insert that held 8 pictures back to back and those pictures were most likely of my husband and I, my high school friends, that type of thing.
LindaLibraLoca says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Hahahaha. No.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
100 €? And it was wasted, I rarely style my hair.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Very good, depending on the tones. I´d go for copper.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Pop it. There is no use trying to deny it.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My mother. She has cut my hair so many times already, she could probably do it blind.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
The Hunger Games. At least I´d die in dignity.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
School books, sweets, a pen. Another book for leisure time. A note from my boyfriend. Keys, wallet. Concealer.
Ash says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Nah, I’m more of the nerdy, video-gaming, cat-cuddling loner type. But I’m okay with that.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
When I had short hair I used to heat style it and I bought a salon-style hairdryer. Other than that, I don’t spend much on hair tools. The only ones I use are my beloved hot curlers.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I hope well since I have red hair now. LOL. It’s actually a deep burgundy. My natural hair is dark brown but I like the red tones in it with my blue eyes and pale skin. Just looks better to me. I don’t look as washed out.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I try to leave it alone as long as I can because I am very pale and everything leaves a scar! 🙁
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
I’m sure this would shock a nation but… my father. LOL. I’ve let him cut my hair before because he is so precise with everything. He’s even that way with cleaning – everything has to be done just so. So I trust him with something like my hair, even in the dark. I know he’d try his hardest not to screw it up. :p
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Oh, god… neither of those is appealing! LOL. I absolutely hate reality TV. I guess I’d rather be humiliated than killed though so… The Bachelor.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Ooo! Yaaas! I still have my mini black backpack. 🙂 A scrunchy. A discman with a book of CDs. My journal and scented pens. Gum. Starburst candy. Wallet. Make-up bag. Bonne Bell LipSmackers. Probably some stray jewelry (I used to and still do wear a lot of it). Travel sizes of hairspray, a toothbrush and toothpaste. And it probably had some pins on the outside.
Astrid says
Your mantra is so spot on!! I believe in that too… but mostly tend to forget when the road looks like it will get tougher.
1. Are you a cool girl?
I actually wish I am sometimes, but mostly I’m just embracing being a nerd.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
I’m pretty cheap, so like 30$ ?. I rather air-dry my hair.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I don’t know. I most likely will try with a one day color ?.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I want to leave it alone but I’m always thinking of popping it (bad habit!!!)
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
Oh gosh.. the only person I trust my hair with… I’ve a hairdresser I’ve been going to since I’m 15. He is awesome!
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
While I prefer winning in the Hunger Games, I think The Bachelor means I get free vacation around the world ?
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
An advanced Calculus book, hairbrush, lecture notepad, a pencil case with all the possible things I need (pencil, eraser, pen, scissor, …), car keys.
PS: loving all your holiday pics!!
Leah G. says
1. Are you a cool girl? No, I’m a proud geeky girl.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? I have really curly hair so I don’t use tools but I drop a lot of $ on hair products. Most recently I spent $33 on Aveda Be Curly.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? No. I could pull off red highlights though. 🙂
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? I scar easily and I should leave it alone but I pop it. I have prescription medicine now though and that helps.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? My current hair stylist Janice. She’s been cutting my hair since 1995.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? The Hunger Games. Team Katniss!
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? Actually it was a blue LL Bean backpack with my name embroidered (word). College textbooks, the newspaper, my college paper (I was on the newspaper staff), a book to read, snacks, car keys.
Genesis Callejas says
1. Are you a cool girl? Nope
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? About 400, I believe.that it may have been for the t3 convertible hair curler
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? Definitely not.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? Leave it alone, maybe put some regular toothpaste on it for a night.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? I haven’t built that strong of a relationship yet with a stylist.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? Hunher game, i would just hide on a tree for the entire time.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? I was 10 years. So many a gree case with markers and colored pencils.
breyerchic04 says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Definitely no. But, in my group of friends I am the girly girl they ask what is in style and what makeup works best. I like that.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
Not much? Maybe $40? I think I have a straightener and curling iron around somewhere, and I know I have a set of hot rollers that I used when showing dogs. But really all I use is a hair dryer and a brush.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
My grandma has red hair and so do her three sisters and most of their grandkids, so at 11 my mom let me take my dirty blonde hair red for the first time, and I did so routinely well into my 20s. It looks pretty good, but at 30 I’m happily accepting that my hair is pretty much brown now.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I reacted to a mask Friday so i really do have three pimples on my face right now. And I’m trying so hard to leave them and not touch or pick, if they come to a head though I may pop carefully with clean hands and an extractor and then products to put on top.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
A celebrity kitty like tabs?
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Aren’t they the same? I guess the bachelor doesn’t have the big event beforehand that I find most scary.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Dr. Pepper Lipsmackers, a feather pen, beanie baby, my koala giga pet, and kleenex because that was before I had my tonsills out so I was sick all the time. I was 11.
Lulle says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Depends, according to who? The general public, probably not, people who know me well, I’d say yes!
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
Hmmm, I bought a weird curler with guides for the strand of hair a few years back, it must have been around $80. Or maybe less?
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Pretty well, I’ve had red hair a few times in fact (not comic book red, a sheer red shiny coat on my light brown base). It really makes my green eyes pop, but the issue is that it also makes the redness in my skin stand out more.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Leave it alone. If I ever “pop” a horrible white head, it’s an at-home surgical procedure with a sterilized needle, lol! I have an aunt who’s suffered from acne her entire life and happens to have a master in microbiology, so she taught me how to pierce whiteheads safely and cleanly when I was a teenager.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My husband but I’d wear earmuffs!
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
I’d be the first to die in Hunger Games, so I’d say the Bachelor. And I’d make a stinking mess of it, like organize a big strike of the girls.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
I was 18 and a freshman in college, and yep I had a black backpack. I had my Nokia 6110 cellphone with an actual antenna, my wallet with my bus pass, my college ID and tickets for the Resto U (subsidized university cafeteria), my keys, a few pens, a matte Maybelline lipstick in a vampy bordeaux or a plum shade, and probably one of those flavored lip oils that came in a rollerball bottle. Jeez life was so different in the olden days. Each text I sent cost me a few francs!
Efrain says
1. Are you a cool girl?
I’m more of the guy everybody talks to, so not cool but chatty.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
30 dollars on Revlon dryer.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I don’t love the idea of red hair because it’s probable that it’ll crash with my skin undertones.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I pop it when it’s ready.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My hairdresser but even then I’ll be afraid.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
I think that is better to be in a world with trash TV, rather than in a dystopic one. So I chose The Bachelor.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
IRL in 1997 I was three so I’d only carry toys and candies, and maybe a sweater. If were older I think I’d carry my wallet, some gloss and a CD player.
Sorry for not commenting recently but I’m living the life here in Chiapas, we are at 31°c or 90°F and they say that it’s still calm; I may melt in the end. Everybody has been so sweet so even though I miss my family I don’t feel alone.
Suzanne C says
1. Are you a cool girl?
No, I wouldn’t know how to be cool if my life depended on it. I’m at peace with my un-coolness, though, lol.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
My hair dryer and flat iron were about 40 apiece. I have zero hair styling skills, so I’m not making much of an investment.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Literally any color you put on my hair turns the reddest version of that color, because of the natural red undertones in my hair. So I hope I pull red off really well!!
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Mine are always the kind that can’t be popped. They’re just angry red bumps the size of Mt Everest.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
I just let it grow out, thanks. 😉
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
The Bachelor- I could get myself sent home on the first episode and not be dead.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Divorce papers.
Trude says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Definitely not. 🙂
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
I think $50-60 for my hair dryer? Still going strong after 3 years.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I’m naturally a strawberry-blonde, so when I went red for a couple years (every different shade!) everyone thought it was natural.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I tend to leave them alone and then slather them with Mario Badescu’s drying lotion at night. Works like a charm!
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My stylist back in the OC. She was the best!
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
If I was on the Bachelor I would wind up killing everybody (including the dude), so it would wind up being kinda like the Hunger Games anyway! 😉
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
I’m in junior high, so definitely a spare scrunchie, some gel pens, a white out pen for leaving messages on other kid’s backpacks, one of the Gap’s body sprays and probably my Discman and headphones. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
Rachel R. says
1. Are you a cool girl? Nope!
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? Around $50-60 for a Bedhead Deep Waver, as it’s one of the few things that will keep a lasting wave in my hair. It came with a cute little mini-waver, so not so bad.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? I’ve had red hair of some shade for almost two decades, so I know I can pull it off. I have fair skin with some freckles and hazel/green eyes, and my grandmother was a natural redhead.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? I usually try to leave them alone. If it’s really big and painful, I will lance and drain it without squeezing.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? I cannot think of anyone, so I’ll say myself. At least I know my hair, and I have a good visual memory.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? The bachelor. If I lost, at least I wouldn’t die.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? I had my older son in 1995 and my younger son in 1997, so more like a giant diaper bag full of their stuff. lol
Of my own: Wallet, checkbook, keys, a peachy-pink Wet n Wild lipgloss, and Blistex Medicated Lip Balm.
Kate & Zena says
1. Are you a cool girl?
I don’t think so. At least, I’ve never been told that.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
Uh, $50? I don’t actually use them all that much.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Considering old photos…not that well.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I would be very tempted to pop it.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
My hairdresser Russ.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Oh boy, probably the Bachelor as at least I’ll be sent home on the first day and I won’t be dead. LOL.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Well, I’d be eight, so lots of Lisa Frank and Polly Pocket!
Eleni says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Nope, you can’t be hot and cool at the same time ??
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
120GBP

Leave it alone

Would find a famous stylist
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Neither?
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
My snack, the savage garden CD, my books and a pencil case
Tatiana says
1. Are you a cool girl? Nope
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? Can’t remember but it was the T3 dryer I got during the Anniversary Sale years ago.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? I was a redhead from 1987 until just a few years ago. People thought it was my natural color.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? Wait ’til it’s ripe and then pop that sucker.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? If I could find him again, the stylist named Walter that I followed from Sassoon’s to three other salons.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? The Bachelor, because at my age I’d be cut right away and it’d be so ridiculously funny.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? House and car keys. Wallet. Sketchbook, drawing and painting supplies and snacks for my kid when I picked her up from pre-school. Was working on my MFA then.
Susan C. says
1. Are you a cool girl?
Hell to the no!
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
About 35 bucks on a blow dryer. It was somehow important to me that this item match the color of my hairbrushes. Apparently I chose well; it doesn’t fry my hair, and the motor is still going strong these eight years.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
I’ve done it, and it wasn’t pretty. Rather, the color was pretty, just not on me. I have a lot of pink tones in my face, so it wasn’t the wisest choice. Also, red fades so quickly it’s not worth the upkeep. My sister has naturally red (auburn), curly hair. I’ll leave her to it, then.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Always leave it alone. Sometimes I hit it with a dab of toothpaste overnight. Supposedly that helps dry it up.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
Edward Scissorhands. He was truly gifted.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Ugh, I’d fail bigtime on The Bachelor, but The Hunger Games would KILL me. Guess I choose humiliation over death.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Dog treats, tissues, a book to read (probably by Anne Lamott), Bath & Body works hand lotion in Lemongrass Sage, a notebook to write in and some pens, Dove dark chocolate, a 35mm Minolta camera, and a Garden Botanika lip crayon in Cedarwood. Oh, and a sunscreen stick.
Angeline says
Hey there Karen, having a super duper long 5 day Eid Fitri holiday here and this seems like a fun way to kill 15 mins while the kids are away so here goes:
1. Are you a cool girl?
I think I’m a pretty cool mum- I know I’m easy-going most of the time – so is that cool ?
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
My Babyliss Hairdryer for RM 200 (app. 45 dollars)
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Not anymore but it was a red crew cut back when I was a MUA for Bobbi Brown – strangers WOULD STARE or walk over juz to ask me about my hair.
On my “off days” I think I look like a rooster!
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Apply an aspirin, warm it for 2-3 days and pop it !!
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
Myself – coz if i nicked myself I could stop !
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
The hunger Games but I think I’d die pretty quickly.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? (My fav)
I did have a lil’ black Esprit BP in 1997. I filled it up with :
milk, OJ, chicken rice, groceries, my wallet, student ID/ bus pass, Colour of Australis lippy, black eyeliner, compact powder, work ID, pencil case, tissue paper, BLOTTING PAPER. My BP doubled as my school/ work/ grocery bag.
Sad student life !
Cheers
Kristy says
1. Are you a cool girl?
If by cool you mean leader of the crowd, then no. Doesn’t follow the crowd? Then yes. Plus I’m doing the Monday poll on a Tuesday.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
Probably like 30 bucks for a hairdryer. I’m really an air-dry girl though.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Not at all. Maybe burgundy highlights – my hair is pretty dark.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
Leave it alone. Lesson learned.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
Keanu Reeves. It would probably look bad, but I would have been in the dark with Keanu.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games?
Hunger Games for sure, as long as I’m on it as an actor and not really being hunted to the death.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Oh lord. Definitely MAC burgundy lipstick (Diva?), my friends’ cigarettes because I’m the only one that carried a bag (and everyone smoked back then except me), and very little money.

KAREN! As if the Chanel needs sparkles to make it even more appealing! HAHA!
1. Are you a cool girl? Totally. The absolute coolest. Kidding – unless you think 40 something moms in sneakers and sweatpants are cool. 🙂
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool? I’ve never spent a lot. Was fortunate to be able to go to pro beauty shows back in the day and had sales reps who also repped the best appliance brands.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair? Pretty well. I’m pretty fair and have green eyes, so I’d be OK with red hair.
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone? I know it’s the worst, but I totally pop. And I do it to the boys, too. I absolutely hate a ripe pimple!
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose? Um, I’m going to have to go with your rec and choose Alis. HAHA!
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger Games? Definitely the Hunger Games.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack? I just love your little black backpack reference. It is SO true. They were everywhere (and I vastly preferred it to a purse). Mine would have had my wallet, checkbook and passport; keys for car, work and home; an old Nokia cell with replaceable face plate so I could change the color… I almost always had orange on it; a bunch of odds and ends like lip pencils, balm/gloss, tweezers, clippers, dental floss, a notepad and – as one of my longtime co-workers could tell you – NO business cards. I used to have to steal hers and cross out her name/write in mine.

Girl! Chanel has a new gel foundation in a cushion compact and a beautiful neutral eye palette. So, basically, more stuff to obsess over!

1. Are you a cool girl?
Not even a little bit. But I’m a flippin’ awesome wife and mom, so I’m good with not being a cool girl.
2. What’s the most you’ve spent on a hair styling tool?
$75? It was on a hair dryer. Totally worth it. Rusk Speed Freak. It has been a good 5 years and it’s still going strong.
3. How well do you think you could pull off red hair?
Like beautiful Julianne Moore-esque red? Sure! I’m fair with freckles, so it would suit my skintone. If we are talking Kool-aid red, heck no. I’m all about natural looking hair and makeup. For the LOVE, can the pastel, colorful and grey hair trend GO AWAY? Please take harsh contouring and Instagram brows with you, mkay?
4. You have a pimple on your face. Do you pop it or leave it alone?
I try my best to leave it alone…once it goes all white head on me, I give it a gentle GTFOH squeeze.
5. If you had to choose someone to cut your hair in complete darkness, who would you choose?
Kristen Ess because, Kristen Ess.
6. Would you rather be on The Bachelor or in The Hunger GaEds.
Bachelor. Hunger Games is freaking ride or die. But I do love me some Haymitch.
7. It’s 1997. What’s in your little black backpack?
Um. I was 12. (Can I please go back to 1997?!) Basically my school books and volleyball gear was all I worried about having. Oh a some cool colored gel pens and notebook paper to pass notes in the hallway between classes.
